I placed my order via Popeyes App. Expecting hot-food and decent service. When I got to the restaurant the young and very rude females told me to go through the drive-thru. I explained to the female I'm not driving. I showed her my mobile receipt for my order. The females began laughing that I wasn't able to pick up my order. So I patiently, waited for my food. One of them began to taunt me, by saying "you ain't got no car, no chicken fo" Then another female came to the door and said, "drive-thru." I kindly said, "I didnt drive here." The worker was dressed inappropriately and not professional. She rolls her eyes at me. Gives me a bag and quickly locks the door. To my surprise their was no receipt attcahed to my bag. Whenever a mobile order is placed, your suppose to get a receipt. Plus, I was missing my rice and beans. So I patiently waited at the door. Until finally, the manager came. I clearly and concisely explained to her my minor frustration and the items missing. She, then begins to question me as to where I got my food. I informed her that, I placed my order via the app. And, explained calmly to her that the app gave me a choice pick-up in lobby or drive-thru. I further explained that I wanted a receipt for my order. This manager didn't hesitate any further at this point. My total time wasted was 20 minutes and my food wasn't hot. Very, very disappointed in the lack empathy and customer service. To make things worse 2 male employees was parked outside. When both males got out of car, one was trying to pull up his pants and boxers while he approached the building. I dont know what they was doing out in the front of your Popeyes business. However, it doesn't give off a presence that the workers care. One of the male employees told me, not enough workers here. And, that I would need to go through drive thru.    Read moreI've been going to this Popeye's chicken for the longest and every manager for the most part has been really nice and friendly. But the current Manager they have now name "DAWSON" is "EXTREMELY NICE & PROFESSIONAL". Her personality is so "NICE & SWEET". She makes me feel like I'm a family member of hers. Every time I go in there she has this such "NICE" but yet "PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE" about herself. All her employees are very nice as well. Everyone I have encountered with always has a smile as well friendliness about themselves which reflects back to MGR. DAWSON how she runs her store. I have had more than one screw up on my order since she's been there. Today, I ordered my meal on their application and when I got there to pick it up it did not show up in their system. The young lady could not find the order so she asked for MGR DAWSON'S assistance. I showed her my application as proof of purchase as well as the order # and she didn't change words. She instructed the young lady behind the counter to fix my order with no hesitation. She told her nicely: "FIX THAT MANS ORDER". I told both of them exactly what I ordered and she just fixed my order with no problems @ all. The reason this is so important to me is because some managers could have been jerks and made me wait until the order showed up in their system but she recognizes me as a regular customer and took my word without questioning like some managers could or would have done. If all businesses today ran their restaurants as "PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY" as MGR DAWSON does all resturants today would make more money because of the service that's provided to them which will make them very loyal customers.    Read moreDonât bother going here the last hour of closing. Regardless if you have 5 minutes left you should still do your job in a correct manner. I Got to this location about 35 minutes before closing. I was with a couple of friends and we ordered two orders of the chicken strips since options were limited due to them almost closing. That was fine, the female that took our order told us to park out front since they had to make the fries fresh. We did as she said and almost 15 minutes went by we saw her leave the building with bags of food and get in her car to go home. When we approached the people still in the building they had no idea what was going on so they asked for a receipt which the female at the window that took our order did not provide. I had to pull up my bank info to show them I was charged. The guy helping us apologized asked what our order was and said he would accommodate us with extra food for the inconvenience and asked what we want for a free meal and asked for a name so we could come back anytime before the end of March and get some free meals. When we got our order about 20 minutes after they closed there was no extra food. It was just plain and simple like nothing went wrong.
