Check your points!!! Make sure you are getting your free drinks. I ordered at multiple locations and I was only getting 1 point per order, when there were 2x I ordered 3 drinks in one order eligible for points. That would be 6 points just from those 2 stops, not mentioning the other times that I had went as well. The site, and barista, said I only had 5 points. I spoke with the mixed gentleman at this location who said he was apart of corporate. I asked him to look up my receipts to calculate how many points I am due. He blamed the baristas for not typing my number in, but he showed me all of the correct transactions that popped up on their screen at the stand. It was not the baristas fault, it is the system. He denied that the system could have any errors, but major companies like Amazon, banks, insurance companies, and etc. have system errors, so how couldnāt their system possibly have an error that needs to be looked at? I never write reviews, this is my first, but I couldnāt sit with myself knowing that others may be ripped off their points, as well. He just tallied my points up to a free drink, but Iām going to get my free drink and not come back. Itās too much of a hassle to think I would have to take a picture of my receipts and show the baristas so they can add the correct balance, and/or argue that their system is vulnerable to errors just like everyone elseās. Iām going to email corporate to look into it for anyone else who may affected after the fact. If you have been affected, email/call them as well, so they can take this...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePartially burnt and bitter. I have gone here 7 times now over the last few weeks. I feel like they didn't want me to come back because I am awkward and don't talk much. I stare forward so the barista can do their thing so they don't think I am looking at them and each time it tastes like they reused the same coffee grounds. I don't like it sweet so it isn't me. I just want a good coffee and always tip more than 20%. I have gone to coffee stand drive throughs all over Puget sound and there have only been 2 stands worse than this (bad milk and nasty badly burnt) this stand does not go that far but the barista always in the back talking negative is very off putting. Their friendly greetings are the only reason I went so many times thinking maybe a trainee or maybe one of them is having a bad day or something but so many times there is no excuse. The barista proceeds to change the cup size, transfers all contents to the new cup and adds an extreme amount of ice (basically I paid to have more ice -__-) . Getting ready to get my receipt, the initial barista is having trouble with whatās to be charged , so the girl who is helping her says ājust tell herā, umm tell me what?!?! My barista said absolutely nothing to me. Once I get my receipt there is no where to sign I tell her that thereās no place for me to sign , it was apparently their portion of the receipt .
