Terrible customer service. Walked in 40 minutes to close and ordered 3 plates of double orange chicken and chow mein and was told they couldnāt make the third plate. When we altered the order we were then told they couldnāt do 2 of the plates with orange chicken. We changed it to broccoli beef and teriyaki then the staff making the food had attitude and said they couldnāt do it that it was literally 40 minutes to close. The lady helping us told her āwell do you want to tell her itāll be a long wait or should Iā with attitude. They continued to say it would be a 10 minute wait for chow mein and the beef. We were fine with that, just annoyed by the attitude. They then continued to put up more orange chicken and said āmore chicken upā. So I proceeded to ask if we could change it back to what we originally wanted. They continued to have attitude as I pointed out thatās originally wanted but they said they were out. I walked out in frustration while my boyfriend stayed inside to pay. When I walked back in, a line formed and they were given no attitude, and the First Lady that puts together the sides was not wearing gloves while she scooped up food into the plates and bowls for other customers. I wish I was joking, but thatās a very generous estimate of their accuracy. Iād almost say 1 in 3. I remember the first time I went about two years ago, and I drove 20 minutes back to my house and opened one of my boxes to discover no meat, at all! They just forgot the meat for an entire plate. You may ask why I keep going back. Well, my son has ASD, so itās a great deal of work to get him in and out of his car seat and this is the only semi-close Panda Express with a drive-thru. Also, chicken teriyaki specifically from Panda Express is one of the few foods my son who also has sensory processing disorder will eat. Imagine the surprise when Iāve gotten home multiple time WITHOUT that entree. Just today, made it the 20 minute drive to realize I hadnāt checked my bad and definitely made it home without the chicken teriyaki despite it clearly being on my receipt. Imagine how upset my ASD child was! And it would be nearly an hour round trip to drive there and back AGAIN. Often, it will just be an appetizer, but itās frequently an entire entree for a bigger plate. And they are never really sorry when you catch it before driving back to your house.
