Zales — Local services in Florence

Took my ring for 6 month cleaning and it needed to be sized down. They sized me and determined it needed to be decreased to a 7. I go back after the 2 ish weeks to get it, and I was slightly snug. I chalked it up to my hands being a bit swollen and left. Go to take it off the next morning because it is still a bit snug and the results are in the pics. I then had the ring size checked locally (this store is 1.5 hrs one way from me) and it measured slightly over 6.5. After speaking to the store just now, at first they assured me that QA checks are done and the ring was definitely sized to what the ticket says (ticket says 7) she then came back with “Well human error does occur” and that I can bring it back in to have it checked. Over 3 hours round trip….Do better Zales. I will gladly find another store location...

Good Afternoon everyone I brought a Gold Plate ring from zales like 1 month ago and it turn already , however I called customer service and told them the situation they give me a ref number : 39435063 and the will contact me in 21 days , therefore never get a response back so I decided to call back customer service lady from ZALES told me because My Fiancé wore the ring everyday for a month is the reason for a Gold Plate ring to turn . The employees are Amazing!However the quality of their jewelry is not. My husband purchased this ring last Christmas .We started having to take it for replacement diamonds in March in the past 3 months they have had my ring more than I have , we picked it up for a 5th time last week the very next day one had fallen out again! I was told that maybe I shouldn’t wear but on special occasion’s! Yes I was actually told this ! I should be able to wear it daily. I was also told that the jeweler didn’t think anything was wrong with the quality, if that’s true why am I having to take it up there so much ?
