This review is for the company as a whole not just one location. They did great when I had my daughter's ears pierced when she was a baby which is why they did get a second star. But their products after time to change ear rings has BEEN HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST! CHEAP SHOTTY EAR RINGS! THE FIRST PAIR THEY REPLACED WAS PURCHASED CHRISTMAS OF 2019 THE DESIGN FEEL OFF IN 2020. I HAD TO PAY MORE OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY EAR RINGS INSTOCK TO HONOR THE WARRANTY SO I PAID THE DIFFERENCE. THEY SECOND PAIR WHICH IS WHY I'M LEAVING THIS REVIEW WAS ANOTHER SCREW BACK PAIR WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE HARDER TO LOOSE FOR KIDS. THE BACK CAME OFF AND I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS DEFECTIVE, AND WAS TOLD IF I'D RETURNED BOTH WITH DEFECTIVE BACKS IT'D BE COVERED!! BUT LOSING ONE BECAUSE THE BACK CAME UNSCREWED WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE ISN'T COVERED! NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY...

I don't do reviews very often but every once in a while someone masterfully exceeds my experience expectations. While perusing the mall I stopped to glance at a tennis bracket that caught my eye. Elisabeth was finishing up with a customer and promptly walked over to check on me. She took it from the display and brought me up to speed on the stones and metal. After hearing the spot on information coming from her glowing personality I couldn't say no and it was perfect for my girlfriend. With the sale at the time I was even able to get something nice for myself. Elisabeth you definitely earn the 5 stars and are a great asset to your company. Thank you and she absolutely adores...
