Bubble House — Restaurant in Florence

I really love this place they are very good with thier customers but today I went and got my dubai chocolate and strawberrys my pinaple tea with a few diffrent boba bubble and my terermisu like always but I am very upset with my drink today and especially seeing how much it cost my boba did not taste anything like it usually does they are training people and I waited longer than usually and it was nothing like I always get and I had like 10 of the boba bubble in my cup when I always get alot I couldn't even drink it because I didn't like the way it taste and I didn't bring it back because I was on the highway and dont live in Florence I was very disappointed because I was wanting this so bad and it is the first time I have had a bad experiance with this place every time I go I am satisfied I am so disappointed I had to throw it away especially because it's not cheap I am not one to complain or start problems but this was something I was craving and I...
