I stopped into the store today after dining at my favorite restaurant next door. Upon entering, I was greeted kindly and asked how I could be helped. I found the items I was looking for without issue. However, I noticed four jars on the counter with small sample-sized treats that caught my interest—I was genuinely considering buying more to take home and share with my family.

After trying one sample, I asked to try a different flavor, but I was told that only one sample per person was allowed—even though I had already made a purchase. That was disappointing, especially since I was trying to support a local business and was ready to buy more.

Going forward, I’ll likely order these kinds of products on Amazon where I don’t feel restricted or discouraged from discovering something new. Placed an online order and shipped to Wisconsin, the products are great! Was pleasantly surprised by the specially printed bags for each “bursts” flavors so much easier to read than paper stickers since my box sat In the rain after delivery for a few hours 😅 (all candies were sealed up well so the water wasn’t an issue there btw!) Very excited for the 12 days or Christmas, I kinda wish there were hints on the outside box as to what the candies are. But I’ll definitely order from this...

Update: owner promptly called me and gave the difference on the website vs in store price. She apologized and assured next time will be an improvement.
