I’ve spent thousands of dollars here and it has great products for anything you need or your family needs for sporting and outdoor stuff. I have had some good customer service experiences but that’s when the manager has to come in to help. If you are looking around for hours and workers walk by you and if you don’t ask for help, they ignore you. Now when I have asked for help or do come across one of the few who have proactive customer service it’s great. Always check the price tag and the size of Amy clothes you get because they are horrible about putting a hangar that says xxl and the item was actually a large when you removed the hangar. They do fix their mistakes though but sometimes certain actions are unacceptable and it’s not busy when I go either so I will say this in closing, it is either hit or miss when you go. Read moreI dropped off my irons to get re gripped. Today I went to pick them up. I asked customer service to page someone at golf services since I could not locate an employee there. I stood in front of the counter waiting for approximately 20 minutes. I saw 2 employees chatting about rearranging of the golf shoes. One took a look at me and ignored me. I went back to customer service to ask for help again. The person who ignored me (Scott) then assisted me with handing my irons back.
