Went shopping in store 392 today for the new Lorac mega Palette 3 and ended up buying the regular pro palettes as well. Got all the way home (hour and a half drive) opened the Pro Palette 3 and it has clearly been swatched with HAIRS in it as well. Called to speak to a manager and she asked if I was "sure" that that's what happened. She then proceeded to tell me that children play in their palettes all of the time and there's nothing she can do about that. She then HUNG UP ON ME! When I called back to get corporates number less than 5 secs after she hung up on me she had an employee to tell me that she was on a conference call. I then was told to go find the number myself from the website. When I refused to do so (I'm positive they could've given the number to me themselves) I stayed on the phone for 38 mins waiting to be given the number to corporate. The employee then tells me that the store is closed so I need to call back tomorrow when I clearly called while they were open. She refused to give me her name and again put me back on hold. The manager I first talked to was named Jennifer and the store number is 392. I've spend almost $400 in the last 24 hours online and in stores with Ulta. The customer service is RIDICULOUS. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI brought my teenage son to Kyle for a style and color. He seemed irritated and impatient that I asked for his artistic opinion on the hairstyle. He also said he was just going to put color over the already bleached hair, but when I pointed out that his roots had grown out over 2 inches and needed to be lightened he acted offended and impatient about that too. He ended up bleaching some of it In the front but left the back of his head untouched so he still has a very visible line where his roots are brown and the hair is colored in the back. He kind of half-*ed the hairstyle too, and left the sideburns looking wack (I guess because my son was wearing a mask), but the overall hairstyle looks like a 3rd grader on picture day, not a cool hairstyle by any stretch of the imagination. He didnāt wear a mask at all even though other associates in the store were wearing masks. Overall Iām pretty disappointed, especially since I paid $150 for results I could have gotten for cheaper at some country salon in Brandon. I came here because I thought Kyle would have a sense of style that fit my sonās aesthetic a bit better than a country lady. Iāll keep looking for a stylist and wonāt...

I asked her did they sell it had a brief conversation so there was no mistake. I went to the store after work, had to go down lakeland drive congested as always. When I went in the store, Noone greeted me, had to walked around the store. I finally asked 2 girls who weren't working just having a personal conversation, and she said they don't do color match for fit me. I told her I called earlier and the lady said yes they do. She preceded to say she may have thought you said went. Thats a darn lie bc we had a conversation about this foundation. She didn't try to help me anything didn't move but said they had another foundation that was really good. I didn't ask her for another foundation. She didn't show me where anything was even though the store was empty. This wasted an hour going there battling traffic only to get there and have the worst customer service in the world. I will never go to this store again. Management needs to do better, but i know they won't. Worst store ever....
