H&M — Local services in Folsom

My hubby and I shopped here last Sunday and we had a good time. Usually my husband would sit and wait some place else until I am done shopping but he was with me the whole time. He loves the fact that the entire place is not crowded and a suitable place to shop with no hassles. This is a better H&M compared to the one in Westfield Galleria. Here in Palladio they have good stuff, though I noticed stuff differ from the ones they have online and on-site. The stuff online are not available onsite. I wish they have one huge store where everything is truly available and price wise they're all the same. It is still good to shop and see the items in real time cos it is very importany to feel, see and try on the items. I love H&M and most of the items are truly fashionable and fashionably priced. I get lots of good deals like slip on dresses for $4 which ypu can wear causally or special occassions. I wish for more and better deals and items that has been online for 2yrs are still there, hope they sell it for a great price. So I am giving it 4 stars as I expect improvement and beyyer experience. Kudos to theor staff at Palladio they are cool, friendly and helpful. Love it when staff wrar a smile regardless of how bad the day has started for them. 5 stars for...

I have been here a few times now. None of them have been a good experience. I have run into 2 friendly staff members. Usually they are impossible to find and appear incredibly inconvenienced whenever they are approached by customers, so the 2 that actually were friendly stand out. I have been to 5 different H&M locations and this one is by far the most unorganized and unpleasant to go to. I usually love the styles and the overall products, but hate coming to this location. It is hard to find anything, nothing is styled out and the displays are always a mess. A strong part of my kids wardrobes are H&M, so not having displays to shop from and having to dig through a hot mess of stuff to find anything is just a huge headache. I usually come within an hour of opening if not at opening, so the mess is not left over from customers. Overall I find this location very disappointing. Unfortunately for me, it is closest to where I live. I am thinking from now on I will wait for my husband to have work trips the Clovis area or when we visit family in the bay...

I had bought a bathing suit here and wanted to return because the top did not fit well. The sales lady asked if I had worn the bathing suit and I was a little annoyed because I had literally tried it on twice once at home and at the store. To my horror, She pointed out a stain on the inside of the bikini bottom. Mind you, I ALWAYS wear undergarments when trying on suits and wash it before actually wearing it. So, I literally bought it stained!!! Gross!!! Of course they would not have believed me so I am stuck with a nasty bikini bottom. H and M please check your inventory before putting it back on the rack! This is a warning to everyone. And people for the love all that is sanitary!!! please wear undergarments when trying on swimsuits or underwear. I will be more diligent when checking before buying. I am shook...
