I went in today and the employees made me feel so comfortable and safe. Masks were required, the number of people allowed in the room was limited and hand sanitizer was available. The employees were so kind, patient and welcoming. I always have a great experience when I visit this location! The employees are what make this store truly great.

When I visited today, there was a rude and belligerent customer who entered while I was checking out. He tried entering once when the maximum occupancy was already full and when he entered the second time, an employee politely told him that the corporate policy asked that he put his mask over his nose. It should be noted that he was not even wearing a mask, but a bandana and it was barely covering his mouth, his recklessness putting customers and Employees alike at risk. He immediately got angry with her, even though she had done nothing to provoke him and said he wouldn’t shop in the store.

The reason I finally chose to write a review Is because the employees of sees candies absolutely did not deserve that kind of treatment. They are helpful, welcoming and kind, each and every one of them. Even when this man took out his anger on defenseless workers, they remained amicable and handled the situation with the grace and maturity that customer so clearly lacked.

Went in to buy myself the toffee crunch. Love em!! It was busy due to it being almost valentines Day. There was a woman working that was so rude! Like mean kind of rude!! Lady, if you can't work with people, then dont!! Remember, your customers ARE your paycheck! This business relies on your abilities to work with the public to keep their doors open. The young man working, I could tell, was startled by her rudeness and was happy to help me. All I did was go to pay, and she thought it wasn't my turn until she was finished with her customer. I wasn't trying to pay her anyway. I was just trying to get to the cashier. Another woman there seemed lost and confused. I just chalked that up to...

I was visiting from Humboldt County with my partner and had to get a pound of chocolate to take back. The two ladies knew it wouldn’t be enough, and they were right it wasn’t. I will take their advice next time. They were so nice and helpful that I had to leave a tip but there was no tip jar, I was able to make sure they got the tip and they appreciated it so much it was very heartwarming. When I come back down I will be heading straight here to get some more chocolate and to visit with these kind workers.
