I went to the store to return a tool kit that we didn't need and was told by Buck, the asst. manager, rudely that they don't return used equipment and if I bought something, would I buy it used? I explained to buck that we use a 3/4 and the reason everything was moved around was because we opened it upside down. We argued for a good 5 minutes until I decided to keep it for bad customer service and finally he said " out of good faith, I'm going to return the item" That's a bunch of bull, I believe he could have returned the item from the get-go, but because of his poor customer service he was refusing to do so. Have a standing charge account with O'Reilly's in Joplin Missouri. Great service there. Problem with this store is me and my wife are traveling to the beach and broke down and ended up at this store. Few people were friendly but you are not allowed to fix your vehicle on the property????? What the hell is up with that ! I spend alot of money with this brand store only to be treated like this !
