I come in pretty regularly as its my preferred shop over their competitor. Everyone is so nice, that is except for one employee in particular. I refuse to be waited on him and would rather go to anyone else. He is extremely rude and arrogant. To my horror while I was in there last week, i saw him yell at a female employee then proceeded to chase her and shove her nearly knocking her over, while still yelling at her which I believe was over TAPE. This poor girl was visibility shaken up. I thought for sure he would be fired on the spot, but when I came back a few days later this (and I use this term loosely) man is STILL there. Read moreI trickle charged my 7 year old battery on Saturday and drove to Riley's Sunday for a new one. Ben was behind the counter that morning and helped me find the absolute right one for my car and came out and happily installed it for me. Kac stood by as reassurance for an outstanding result all together. When I started the car up initially, it seemed a bit sluggish at first...I mentioned it to Ben and he quickly went in and got a tester, hooked it up to make sure the starter, alternator and all were operating at 100%....and everything was fine. I recommend this store for complete and friendly customer service! I'll be back when I need anything for my car. They're a business to be proud of here...

I have attempted several times to order parts for pickup later in the day, it always ends up being days later if at all (just had to cancel another order today) Is it that hard to service an online order? Also recently purchased two windshield wiper blades, they are of different lengths on either side of the car. Picked out the right ones, the clerk said he wanted to check them, replaced one without telling me so they were both driver side and sent me on my way so had to return and exchange...
