I’ve been coming here since 2009 and the quality of their food was always great. For the past 3 years the orders have been slacking. I like to order the Pad Thai but different ingredients were always missing. Basically just the noodles, choice of protein with some strings of cabbage and the sauce that’s it, where are the vegetables that make it a pad Thai plus eggs and peanuts? (Ok maybe it’s omitted because of common allergies) I called to ask why. Apparently you have to pay extra for the veggies to make it 100% pad Thai which I didn’t realize the change because vegetables were included in the past.

Then Husband likes to order the Kee Mao and a couple times it was messed up but we let it go. However, this time was the worst. We drive up from Berthoud to Fort Collins to pick up the noodle order. After pick up we check the order in the car and the noodles lacked color (marinade sauce)! the noodles were straight up white noodles but did have vegetables I called them back immediately and told them about the disappointing order. They offered to remake it. We received it and husband decided to eat the new Kee Mao order. The disappointment continues. They squirt SOY SAUCE all over for color and amped up the chili to make it extra spicy. Where’s the sauce?? I also notice the portion was much smaller!

That second chance made it final for me. There is no longer a consistency on their recipes. Price has increased which I understand because FoCo is growing and rent is getting higher but the quality and quantity is cut back. Not worth the price. I would like to give a one star rating for recent experience but even though we used to frequent a lot and enjoy in the past, I will leave two...

TLDR; menu prices are incorrect online, meat and ingredients missing from salad, wings didn't have any sauce on them and were breaded without any seasoning in the breading. Maybe go in a few months when they've figured out how to be a restaurant?

Was excited to try this place with new management. The salad was spiced well, the waitress was great and understanding, and the chicken wings were meaty and cooked perfectly.

However, The Som Tum is supposed to come with shrimp and green beans according to their menu, mine had neither. Which makes for a dissapointing $10 salad considering it was more of a side-dish size. Not sure how the kitchen doesn't notice the lack of shrimp on top..

The wings are listed as being $4.40 on their website and they charged me $10 when I arrived to pick up my to-go order. The waitress corrected the bill after she showed the owner my phone with her own menu pulled up. There was no sauce on them, just plain flour breading. Good breading, crispy and not too thick. Apparently youre supposed to get to select two sauces from a sauce menu: a menu that doesn't exist on their website. When I called the order in, I was never asked about sauces, only if I wanted crispy or original. Discovered this when I looked at the menu they put in the bag when I got home. Would've been nice to know. Some of the sauces sounded good. Dry wings? Not so good.

Might stop back by in a few months. Might just keep driving across town to any of the other Thai restaurants in...

We used one of the delivery apps so I won't complain about the forgotten boba, that may not have been the restaurants fault. But we did get a straw to remind us what we were missing out on.

The egg rolls were definitely NOT made in house, and you only get four of those little tiny guys in an order. Not a good value, and awful taste. Seriously Thai Pepper, find a different supplier for those.

The fresh rolls had water sloshing inside the container, I assume from the washed but not dried veggies. Serviceable taste.

The entrees tasted great! I can't complain about the flavors at all. But my take out container was filled less than 1/3 of the way with literally 5 measly pieces of tofu in it. My partners wasn't nearly filled either, and she had a fried rice dish!

The mango sticky rice, well the picture speaks for itself. Good flavor but the fruit was about five minutes away from complete mush and its not exactly an appealing dessert dish.

Two stars because we (mostly) happily scarfed down the entrees and made it through the fresh rolls before I thought to take pictures.

Fortunately Fort Collins is not want for Thai food so I recommend ordering from or walking the half block north to Thai Station. I also would like to plug Cafe de Bankok over on...

Also order here for delivery. Today was the worst. Chicken Satay was dried and look at the portion for what I paid. This as a dam chopstick. Like really. I love there som Tum and had order it several time, but today nope. They literally just grab every scrap they found and toss it in a salad. Their papaya is always fresh today its been soak for days and sour not fresh what so ever. Never had bean sprout or baby egg plant. Looks like they ran out papaya and just filled up with random stuff.

I was so disappointed eating at Thai Pepper for the first time. I ordered Kra Pao for takeout. 1. I ordered a dish without bamboo shoots but my dish was filled with them. 2. The portion size was way too small. My dish was a dinner entree for $15.95 and the portion was smaller than what I would expect for a lunch order. 3. The flavor was bland. I had to season myself at home so I could enjoy it. I won’t eat here again.
