I originally went to them to help improve my credit. I made sure to ask before signing any paperwork if they report to the credit agencies, they assured me they do. After making payments to them for 18 months I find out they report ONE ON TIME PAYMENT. That's it. One report does nothing for anybody. This place is a joke. I have been in there a number of times and the staff was rude. I was told I can feel free to shop online but he was punching out and leaving. Then I had paid a payment towards furniture I was leasing from them, that had worn down and was super uncomfortable. I went and purchased new from somewhere else and called them to pick it up. The manager there is very rude. As I was conducting business with a other employee, she walked up to me with a very mean demeanor. Never introduced herself to me. Didn't ask for my name. Told me to hurry up with my application form. Tried to tell me what I could and couldn't rent. Then proceeded to tell that if she didn't hear from my references all in one day that she would cancel my order. She tried to charge me twice and Kept pushing used furniture on me. She then said she would not lease to me because i made a complaint to her boss. Very rude manager. I would not recommend this...
