I left 4 ⭐️ for what I’ve experienced the last few years coming here up until these last few weeks. I have a little one allergic to dairy and we are vegan so I do watch to see how my drinks are made if I can. Here’s a few recent experiences… 1.Recently I ordered the matcha frap with soy milk and no whip. From my car I watched the barista put whip on my drink then scraped it off when she realized the error, put the lid on and they continued to hand it to me. When I asked if this had whip on it the person at the window told me no. I responded saying I could still see the remaining whip and saw the barista scrape it off then asked for my money back to which she apologized and insisted on making it again. Ordered a matcha frap like I mentioned above and it came with visible powder throughout the cup. Instead of driving away I thought I would ask if I could have a spoon to mix it so I waited at the window waiting for them to help. They looked at me multiple times, continued to ignore me and after a few minutes i decided it wasn’t worth the wait. 3.on my latest trip I ordered the matcha frap again and they were out so I told the woman what my order normally is and asked for something not super sweet but iced. I will take partial blame for this because I should have mentioned again to have no dairy before getting this drink. I was given an iced coffee. After a few drinks I realized it didn’t have the taste of soy milk so I went back through the line to ask if this drink had dairy and the response was kind of like “well I mean milk is dairy.” As if I knew it was in there. Like I said above I do take blame for part of this issue, but I woke up this morning to a baby spitting up and upset because she gets it through breast milk and I feel awful for her. Not only that, but this is the first time in years I’ve drank any animal milk and I’m honestly disgusted and mortified.
I think the slow regression of service has ruined the “feeling/experience” that I get from Starbucks. I realize that it is hard to find good loyal workers and mistakes happen, but I think it’s a good time for me to take a break from Starbucks and...
Read moreThis has been one of my favorite Starbucks for years, and I have come here often. It is a great place to just relax and chill.
Great coffee, cheerful baristas, great snacks.
There's really only one problem that we have with this particular Starbucks (but to us, it is a big one), and that is the big rainbow flag they have posted by the restrooms. That just ruins it for us.
It is one thing to accept customers and hire workers without prejudice, and another thing entirely to openly support and promote perversion.
We do not hate anybody, but the open endorsement of perversion is repulsive to us, so we haven't been to this Starbucks in months. It's sad, because we like this location otherwise, and the people who work here are nice.
The management here needs to understand that when you get involved in activism, social or political, as a business, you're going to alienate a block of your customer base. It can't be avoided.
If they were to put a Trump flag up in their dining room, it would be the same thing. Some people would really love that, but others would not. And some would never come back.
Why can't businesses today just sell their products and STAY OUT of politics and social causes?! The Pillow guy found out this principle, as have many other businesses, such as Bud Light.
Businesses who just sell their product without all the activism will always do better than those who engage in it.
Starbucks, you are in the business of selling delicious coffee and snacks. Please. STOP alienating your customers with all the activism and the divisive symbolism and just sell your wonderful products.
You'll have us back if you...
Read moreSpend 20-30 minutes waiting in the drive through or order ahead and wait 20-30 minutes before the staff will acknowledge you so you can pick up an online order. Had to ask at the register for my mobile order, was then directed to wait at the end of the counter that’s were it will be...stood there for 10 minutes before “oh are you waiting for an order” which she turned around to grab the cup i had been staring at for the last 15 minutes. Same place the week before went in for a mobile order and the young guy working told me he had 5 drive through orders he had to do before he could begin my mobile order and when I asked for a straw for my extra caramel drink he felt the need to tell me they were trying to cut down on waste, thanks but I’ll decide how I want to drink my $7.00 coffee. Now don’t get me wrong I frequent other Starbucks and rare occasion is it a perfect experience however I am perfectly ok with that what I am not ok with is people deliberately and unwarrantedly being ignorant...
