I discovered this store on Sunday. Loved it! I bought a lot of gifts as their merchandise is fun and different. The store had a lot of people shopping and they were still great at customer service. When I got home and took the goodies out of the bags, I noticed that the only item I bought for myself was missing. It was also one of the most expensive items I bought. I checked my receipt and I was indeed charged for it. I did not have time to return that same day so I went yesterday. The girl that had helped me on Sunday was not there. I was concerned as I could not prove anything. They had to trust me and they did 💞. The attendant simply said, I recognize you from yesterday. Do you remember where the item was? She asked. We went together and picked it, she wrapped it and I left so happy. The outcome could have been different and although disappointing, I would have understood. Refreshing they trusted me. I love this store, it has very nice things and everything but I don't understand why the employees followed me to the dressing room knocking on the door making me feel uncomfortable, I was just trying on a dress and I wondered if she was still there, if it would help her (telling her that I didn't want help ), it was a very uncomfortable experience and when I left a lady followed me to see if I could put the dress in its place as if I were a thief or something, very bad service, I always buy there but the first time they do these...

Beautiful women's clothing store in the Galleria Mall, close to Neiman Marcus and Godiva. The decoration is gorgeous! They have every day and dressier clothes, hats and accesories, candles and some home decorations. The quality seems very nice and in good taste. They donate 20% of their sales to help the children in Peru, a wonderful endevour to help the poor and less fortunate. I recommend this store, the service...
