I signed up for a program to treat my dark pigmentation and sun spots. I was supposed to get a call for a reschedule as I got sick and couldn't make my original appointment. Noone ever called me back. I tried reaching them unsuccessfully to reschedule. I finally got an answer at which point I wanted a refund. They then explained they have a no refund policy. This wasn't explained to me when I signed up for the purchase. The day I was helped they did not give me a receipt as their machine was out of paper. The girl that took care of me was overwhelmed with another person waiting in the back. They were running late on bookings (including mine) which is okay I understand things happen. I spoke to the manager (really think she is the owner) she wasn't nice at all. Since then, she said a manager would call me but noone ever did. I find it disappointing that noone called me. Vera is the gem of this place! I don’t think I would ever visit this studio if she didn’t work here. She is incredibly professional — gave me an amazing facial, shared great skincare recommendations, and was super friendly and communicative. When she started massaging my face and neck, I didn’t want it to stop — I’d honestly pay extra for that part! 🥲

I purchased a package here and have my fingers crossed that Vera stays, because if she ever leaves, I won’t come back!

She also recommended I try Cryo. At first, I didn’t believe it would help — I thought only surgery or injections could make a difference. But when I came home after just one Cryo session, I was shocked! The angle of my face became sharp and lifted, no sagging at all, and my jawline looked so defined! If that’s the result after one treatment, I can’t imagine what will happen next!

I had the most amazing experience at Body Image, Galleria Mall, with both Danielle and Serge. I showed up at my appointments early, and never had to wait, and even left before my original appointment time! I first worked with Danielle, and upon going on her maternity leave, I was left in Serge’s care. Serge is fantastic, and very experienced as he took timeout to explain all the different methods he was using. He is always so pleasant, welcoming, and fantastic, that I absolutely recommend him as being the best at Body Image, Galleria Mall, Ft. Lauderdale. I definitely will work with him...
