I went to Ft- Lauderdale Express to return a pair of pants for an even exchangeāsame price, just a different style. The associate I dealt with made the process extremely difficult. She insisted I had to pay more money out of pocket, even though I explained that it was an even exchange and no extra payment should be required. On top of that, the overall experience in the store was very disappointing. When I walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I had to find everything myself, bring it into the fitting room, and throughout the visit I felt ignored and treated poorly. The way I was spoken to and dismissed during my exchange made me feel like I wasnāt valued as a customer at all. And itās not okay.
After that experience, I drove to the in Boca Express, The difference was night and day. The staff there handled my exchange in less than five minutes, with no issues at all. Every single associate I interacted with was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. They made me feel welcome the moment I walked in unlike the store in Ft-Lauderdale. Itās unfortunate that I had to drive nearly 40 minutes from Fort Lauderdale just to be treated with the level of customer service that should be standard at every location.
It makes me wonder why there arenāt supervisors or mystery shoppers checking in on these locations. Customer service is so important, and without improvement, experiences like this can really hurt the storeās reputation...

I am literally never shopping here again. After working here, being a credit card holder and an Ambassador, their company views on customer service and remediation has dwindled down to non-existent. I am now out of $50 gift card, the charge on my card and the merchandise I wanted in my size because of a site error that was not a result of anything on my end. Though the customer service team was friendly, the manager refused to help me with my issue or give me another option.
Now they won't refund my gift card, since my items are out of stock and they can't refund the posted charge on my card for the difference, because it "doesn't exist" in their system. I recommend staying away from this website...
