Las Olas Pizza Company — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

I am Very disappointed in the rude customer service! The service was really different without my colleague of a different color! All other occasions, I was at this restaurant the young lady catered to my colleague respectfully but, today... was so disrespectful by myself! I had ordered over the phone, the young lady never asked me as I have heard her ask what size when my colleague ordered but, she just decided to give me the large. When I went to pick up my order and realized the size was not what I wanted, she rudely stated without a smile, you need to be specific when you call. "Yes if she doesn't hang up before confirming the order". To icing the cake, she said with an annoyed tone, loudly... "she don't want the large so, change it to the small". The small which is a lunch portion seems to be extremely small after the encounter! I gave a tip as regular (not the regular $10 tip but, a 15% tip) which I should have walked out and cancelled my order! Really gave me a reason...

This place is located in a very quaint area, just at the end of the busy streets. They have a ton of options that include pizza, wings, alcoholic beverages, & dessert. The staff recommended I get the Supreme pizza and I’m glad I followed through with their recommendation. After walking around the New River all day, I had built up quite the appetite. While I waited, I had a couple cans of Babe that really put my mood at ease. They seem to be family oriented as well as their kid (I assumed was theirs) was running around the shop just being a kid. They were super kind to me today and I would 100% go back for maybe just a slice next time (instead of a full 14in) I’m in town! Will definitely recommend to my friends who will be visiting the area in the near future :) Pizza tasted GREAT. This place has the BEST pizza we have had yet. We have tried multiple different pizza places in the Las Olas/Fort Lauderdale area and no others match the taste of this pizza. The ONLY downside of this place is the limited hours. Most of the times I am looking to order pizza after 8:00pm or on Sundays and they aren’t open. That may be the price you pay for good pizza, with a good size for the price, but it’s definitely worth it from the hours or 10-8 Monday-Saturday. If you can find people to work for you other hours of the day, you’d make A TON more money here.
