I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during my recent visit to your store. I drove in from Houston specifically for the Fort Worth Rodeo, as well as to do some shopping and enjoy lunch at the Stockyards. I’ve heard great things about your store from friends, and I was excited to check it out.

While the store itself has beautiful items, my experience was unfortunately far from pleasant. Upon entering, I was not greeted by any staff members. I made my way to the counter to inquire about a jacket, and both salespeople at the desk seemed uninterested and acted as though I was a bother. When I asked if they carried the item I was looking for, they quickly stated that they didn’t, without even offering to check. When I asked about something similar, their response was the same—an immediate “no,” without any effort to assist further or look into other options.

I was truly disappointed by the lack of customer service. Given the high regard I’ve heard for your store, I had expected much better service, especially as a first-time visitor. Based on this experience, I will not be returning, and I felt it was important to bring this matter to...

Return shopper here at one of my favorite stores in the Stockyards. Double D Ranch has beautiful merchandise for the country girl at heart. I walked in yesterday and fell in love with the El Jefe Old Gringo boots on the mannequin. When I was told they weren’t available for purchase I was clearly disappointed as they were my size and fit perfectly. Today I returned and happened to meet the manager Leann. I explained the situation and she immediately said let me look into it. I was promptly told YES I can sell them to you!! Needless to say I was thrilled. I also purchased some beautiful rings as well. Leann knows customer service and how to make things happen. Also Molly was very helpful and pleasant. I will be back in the future!...

Love this store! Fabulous clothes, boots and jewelry! Best customer service in the stockyards! Friendly, helpful and fun staff! Tracy is awesome! She always goes above and beyond finding anything I need! I highly recommend Double D Ranch! It’s a family run store and they treat you like family!
