Had two very different experiences in this store the first was amazing sales associate with the little French bulldog was so sweet and so helpful really showing me everything and having great suggestions and very good customer service.

Second experience 12/22/23 was with a lovely looking sales associate with a not so lovely attitude… I brought clients in to buy riding jeans and she brought out fashion trousers no matter how many times we were prompting her for riding jeans ; she apparently thought we didn’t look like horse people and was very happy to dismiss us and really wasn’t very nice. When she over heard us say “horse show” her tune changed and she finally brought out what I was asking for

Unfortunately I came from Alaska and was SO excited to visit your shop (knowing your story) in the Stockyards and picked a shirt with a 30% tag on it but then when I checked out they took only 20% off. When I brought it to their attention instead of honoring the tag they said they made a mistake and ripped off the tag of other shirts but didn't honor what the tag was on my shirt. I almost returned it but figured I would let you know in a review after going home. I don't think a few dollars is worth someone leaving your store with a bad taste in their mouth and if your shirt is tagged that way you should honor it. Not very honorable...

I want to thank Lexi for excellent customer service. Myself and two of my friends were visiting the area last week. We went into the store because we noticed they sold long jeans. I initially just asked for brand information because I wasn’t planning on trying anything. But Lexi was so nice I decided to try on a pair. Feel in love with the jeans. I’m 5’9” and most of my Jean are about 1” shorter then I like. I bought one pair. Lexi wrote on a card the other jeans I liked and even looked up a store where I live so I can...
