Visiting Cracker Barrel is like taking a delightful step back in time, where the warmth of traditional hospitality meets the comfort of homestyle cooking. It's more than just a meal; it's an experience that reminds you of the cozy feeling of being at grandma's house. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a charming, rustic ambiance that's both inviting and nostalgic. The decor, with its vintage Americana theme, adds to the unique character of Cracker Barrel. It's not just a restaurant; it's a place that tells a story. The menu at Cracker Barrel is a treasure trove of classic American comfort food. From their fluffy buttermilk pancakes to their savory meatloaf, every dish feels like it's been prepared with care and a touch of homely love. The Chicken n' Dumplins, in particular, is a standout – tender, flavorful, and just like how grandma used to make it. What truly sets Cracker Barrel apart, though, is their exceptional service. The staff are always friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit is comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm smiles and genuine care for customers make the dining experience feel personal and special. Don't forget to explore the Old Country Store, which is an adventure in itself. Filled with unique gifts, candies, and nostalgic items, it’s the perfect place to browse and take a piece of Cracker Barrel home with you. In conclusion, Cracker Barrel offers a delightful escape into a world of comforting flavors and warm hospitality. It’s a place where each meal feels like a special occasion, and the memories linger long after you’ve left. For anyone looking for a taste of home and heartwarming American cuisine, Cracker Barrel is a must-visit.

First off, I love Cracker Barrel so when one opened very near us, we were very excited. My mom and sister went to this particular one 2 months before this experience and both had explained a horrible experience. I chalked it up to just being new. We waited a month and decided to go with my whole family (7 of us). Hostess was amazing & extremely outgoing. Waitress was sweet but seemed lost most of the time. We ordered breakfast & lunch both between all of us. My husband ordered the fried chicken plate, which was the daily special. He was told 15 minutes after ordering that the chicken was just being put in and there would be a 15-18 minute wait. He received his food 40 minutes later, after all of us had eaten. The chicken had zero seasoning, the sweet potato was RAW; completely not cooked. The turnip greens literally had dirt in the juice in the bottom of the bowl. He ate a few bites of the chicken, tried both the sides and called it quits. When I say I have NEVER seen my husband push away food in the 10 years we have dined together, I mean it. Shocked! I had ordered hash brown casserole with my meal. I never got it until the meal was done & when I finally did get it, it was broccoli casserole. When checking out, we were asked how the food was and I was brutally honest. The manager did comp the entire meal, which was very kind. Unfortunately in the same breath, he made excuses about all of the food issues.

We love Cracker Barrel but can’t stand this horrible location. We have ordered 8 different orders from DoorDash (I know I should have stopped after the first one). Every order has been wrong. We got one order missing an Entree, Multiple orders missing sides, completely wrong meals, missing bread, you name it! This location can’t get one order correct. I spend over $60 ordering from here each time and can’t get one order correct. Today was my final breaking point. I ordered Fried Okra. Well they gave me literally 4 small burnt pieces of fried okra. See the picture. I ordered a large sweet tea and got a small sweet tea. We ordered Macaroni and Cheese and both orders were 50% black burnt and gross. Another $60 down the drain! We complained to DoorDash multiple times but clearly they haven’t told any competent manager so this issue can be addressed. They need to hire a manager with experience who knows how to run a restaurant. The food was gross tonight. I just wish they can get 50% of our orders correct but right now they are 0 of 8. I don’t know why the food was so gross tonight but this is horrible!

I write this with a heavy heart, as being a huge CB fan, I was so excited when I learned we were getting a near-by Cracker Barrel...

After giving this location multiple chances and trying multiple menu items, I recommend that you go to some other Cracker Barrel, where there may be a chance of receiving food that is of the caliber you've come to expect. On my most recent, and final, attempt at a satisfactory experience at this location, I made the mistake of thinking that maybe the breakfast wasn't so bad, and ordered a very simple stack of pancakes. The presentation wasn't too bad; a nice golden-yellow with a too-little dab of butter for three good-sized pancakes. Unfortunately, that's the best I have to say about them. The tops were hard, and I do not mean in a pleasantly, crispy way; likely from having sat out under heat lamps far too long as my wife's more intricate order was being prepared. The taste could be described as "GREASE", or perhaps "COOKING OIL", but for brevity, I'll just say that they were so gross that I could not eat them. For once, the butter packets were NOT so cold as to be referred to as ice-rocks of dairy product, but the biscuits were STILL too "room temperature' to melt them. Lastly, the service I received on this final visit was the final nail in the coffin. After asking for napkins twice, I was forced to go and find some myself, and none were ever brought to the table. My 'server' was unknowledgeable about menu items, and inattentive to not only my own party, but every table in her section. Clearly, these things (and other reviews) are indicative of training and...

We ordered the family meal for our Christmas holiday picking it up on Christmas Eve. We got there at the designated time and followed the instructions to drive to the back. We waited and no one ever came out. After several minutes we called the store only to be put on hold. Finally we got someone who answered and they said that they would send someone out which they did. They took our name and said they would be right out with our order. Unfortunately it was pouring down rain when a girl came out with a box for our food. She couldn’t hold the box and lift the trunk of our car so my daughter got out and opened the trunk. She asked her if it was just this one box of food and was assured that it had been checked and everything we had ordered was in the box. We got home about 15 minutes later and started to unpack and I could immediately tell that the two pies we ordered were not in the box. I’m checking we were also missing our cranberry sauce. We called and they were very nice and asked us to come back and they would have everything ready but that requires another 30 minute round trip to pick up the food. When we got back at the restaurant there was a line so we got back in line and waited It took us another 20 minutes to work our way through the line and get our missing pies and cranberry. So another hour later we are home with all of our food but it took a chunk out of our Christmas Eve to get all of food. I do appreciate that they were open so that we could get our order and the food was actually really easy to prepare...
