Le Creuset Outlet Store — Local services in Fort Worth

I went into this store two days ago knowing I wanted a dutch oven, but thinking more. Reader note, with COVID-19, they require a mask to enter the store, and I personally super appreciated that. Nancy was working and she started assisting me with my questions, showing me the product, talking me through her cooking (she’s Italian, so I was all ears), and informing me of how to make a wise decision in the pieces I wanted to purchase. There was never any pressure to buy, and in fact, there were many times where Nancy stepped aside to let me browse, touch and compare the product. Again, super appreciated. The whole buying experience was amazing, mostly due to Nancy’s support. She is filling in from the Allen store, but highly recommend working with her if visiting this store.

As far as the product goes, I’ve wanted new cookware for a decent amount time. After buying and making a few things with this cookware, I have to say that it is amazing and worth the cost. It heats up super fast, has incredible heat distribution and cleans up very well, all without the worry of getting some non-stick surface chipping/flaking off into my food! I made a peach cobbler in the stone braising dish and it was superb. I have made a couple jams (peach and cherry) in the dutch oven and even canned in the 12Qt stock pot. went here with my friend on a tuesday evening and the lady working there made us pretty uncomfortable. she was knowledgeable, but she wouldn't stop hovering over us and interrupting us when we were talking to tell us about sales. there were deals that we wanted to look at but she made it annoying for enough for us to leave since we couldn't even have a moment to discuss it. even if she walked away she listened in on our conversation and if we even considered touched something she would bother us. i tried getting her to leave us to shop but she didnt seem to take the hint. i don't know if she was profiling and thought we were trying to steal or what but she definitely lost out on a potential sale. i love this brand and consider it the best of the best but i will not return to...

I’m a huge LC fan and own well over 100 pieces. Stopped in with my fiancé this past weekend for the first time in a while. I have never felt so uncomfortable…I don’t remember the associate’s name but she was an older woman who hovered over us and watched us the entire time we were shopping. Kept loudly explaining everything I touched. We were the only people in the store. Lady, I don’t need your help. Leave us alone. I’ve been shopping there since before she even started working there. We were clearly being followed and watched. How degrading. What an uncomfortable experience. I get followed around enough as a black woman. I miss the associates that used to work there.
