The three stars here is for how genuinely nice the owner and staff were. The made me feel so comfortable. The place is cute, and they have some very nice pieces with good pricing. Their jewelry cleaner is nice as well. I had to remove 2 stars because unfortunately, my purchase there was a total waste of money :( I came to get my engagement ring sized based on recommendation from the appraiser. I can't remember if he sized my finger or not, but when I got it back the first time, it was still too big. So I asked him to resize it again. It was a little better but still felt loose. I decided to live with it a few days to see if it worked. It didn't. I still had to wear an adjuster. I spent $120 for resizing ( that he did twice), the rhodium plating, and some cleaner. I ended up taking it elsewhere after this experience, and they had to take the ring down again almost an entire size! They took it from a 5.25 that this place left it at down to a 4.5 which is PERFECT! So I ended up paying the other place about the same price to get the ring sized for the...

Best jewelry store in town! I can’t possibly recommend this store enough! The staff is always incredible kind, helpful and friendly. They have gone above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I both purchased our wedding rings here and absolutely love them!! Gordon in particular is amazing!! He does all of my jewelry repairs. He even completely remade a delicate gold earring my puppy had chewed beyond recognition. Other jewelers had told me the earring was impossible to repair. The earrings were estate sale pieces and therefore irreplaceable. Gordon not only repaired the earrings but actually made the earrings more beautiful than they were originally!!

Fantastic experience! As we approach our 25 year anniversary, we decided to upgrade my ring to celebrate 25 more happy years. Unfamiliar with a particular jewelry store, I reached out to friends and neighbors for suggestions. I was looking for a reputable, locally owned, and fair pricing business. With overwhelming response, Franklin Fine jewelry came highly recommended. Honestly, they were not the first jeweler I visited, but after visiting the store in person and working with Beau, I was sold. He’s energetic, knowledgeable and very down-to-earth.
