I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience. When I visited this store with my friends, I couldn’t help but notice how differently I was treated compared to them. The staff came up multiple times to ask my friends if they needed help or had any questions, but not once did anyone approach me or even acknowledge that I was there. I was standing right beside them the entire time, yet it felt like I was invisible.

What stood out even more was how talkative and friendly the staff were with my friends. They carried on conversations with them comfortably, but whenever I tried to join in, I was met with nothing more than an awkward smile, as if my presence wasn’t welcome. It was uncomfortable and honestly a little humiliating to feel shut out in such an obvious way.

I can’t help but feel this treatment was because of my gothic appearance. Instead of being treated like just another customer, I felt judged and overlooked. Shopping should be an equal and welcoming experience for everyone, regardless of appearance, but in this case, I was made to feel out of place.

I left the store disappointed and unwelcome. A simple acknowledgment, a hello, or even a genuine effort to include me in the conversation would have gone a long way. Hopefully, the staff can learn to treat every customer equally, because no one should feel ignored or uncomfortable simply for how they choose to...

My family was excited about this business and went in a couple of times with my wife. We went in on Mother's Day with our Special Needs daughter to look around and possibly have my wife pick something special out for Mother's Day. The next thing we are aware of is a worker, I presume the owner, snapping at my daughter to stop taking pictures. The woman's tone was coarse; she could have asked nicely. My daughter left the store crying. Great way for my wife to spend Mother's day.

My daughter takes pictures of items in stores to add to her wish list and gives birthday ideas to family and friends. Because of her intellectual disabilities, she sometimes has trouble explaining things to people. Our daughter even told us after the fact that a young lady working in the store told her to be sure and tag them on any Instagram post. My wife messaged the store, but they were very condescending; they said there were signs stating no photography, but I looked as we were leaving and did not see any.

Finally, I went online to check what kind of reviews were left about the store. What did I find? Reviews with tons of pictures taken in the store and of their products. Needless to say, my family will never step foot in the store again; there are other metaphysical shops in the area...

Best customer experience I’ve had with a store in a very long time. Very personable family owned business. I stopped in to kill some time waiting for a friend and almost two hours later, I feel like I have new friends. Immensely knowledgeable about their product, selective in how it’s mined, reasonably priced and welcoming. They even taught me a few things I wasn’t aware of regarding mining, coloration and what to look for in crystals. I believe there are no accidents and this certainly wasn’t an exception that I stepped into this shop vs the other crystal shops In Fredericksburg. I live a couple hours away and drive to FXBG once a week for a job. I wanted to find a crystal to put on an alter so I looked up local shops. I was instantly drawn to this one. The thing I was most impressed with besides the their knowledge, reasonable pricing and high vibrational frequency is when I asked how many other crystal shops there were in FXBG, Miranda, the owner, not only listed them, said where each one was located, she even went on to tell me good things about each one of them. In my opinion, it speaks to the integrity of this shop. I just can’t say enough. Thank you for making my already magical day even more magical. 🕉🧘🏽‍♀️✌🏾 I will definitely be back! ...
