This place gets bad reviews and rep due to ppl selling their stuff and getting less than they expect, which is consistent with any sell/buy places out there. But shopping wise, I think it’s my new favorite spot to look for treasures: both high-end and regular items. They have a good selection of authentic high end bags (Gucci, LV, YSL, the Row, DG..) accessories and clothing, prices are reasonable sometimes even better than you expect. This store originated in Japan and they have stores in different US states as well as in Japan. So their pricing is very competitive. They have both men’s and women’s fashion. My favorite thing is that you can find great items like dresses, skirts, sweaters, jeans for as low as $5-7, in great condition by cool Japanese, American brands and even Zara. I found an amazing trench 🧥 coat by a very nice brand which still sells for $250-300 for only $65. Real Leather Dress by Shelli Segal for $5, beautiful Celine Shades for barely $100. The store is big and spacious and I couldn’t finish going through all of the inventory. I do recommend to check them out for great finds and prices. They also have online presence and 3 more stores in DFW.

PLEASE READ BEFORE SHOPPING!! So we went this evening and my son bought some shoes with cash and everything was clean and friendly….but….he was too excited about the rather low priced Vans shoes he bought and did not try them on there or check the size. Well, literally AN HOUR LATER we went back to return them only to find that they will not refund anything! I thought we were over the days in 2023 of ghetto businesses, especially in Frisco, TX. I should have known when they did not provide a receipt. Please, if you purchase from this store check and try on all of your items, you will not be able to return. I even asked for the store manager and all 3 employees including him said no refunds even paying cash. Bad customer service and bad business just in general. I had to also say I wanted a bag when ending my purchase. In my opinion everything is overpriced. Shop around and check prices before buying as well because we compared online and some shoes we saw that were not new there, we found brand new online for cheaper. Look up what you are interested in that you see there online before you buy, that’s...

I visited here the first time back in January 2023 when they just opened the location, I was able to drop some clothes, and it was super efficient on a week day. Second time which was on 6/15(thur),I wanted to drop some clothes and bags, walked in 1120am, the staff told me it's about an hour wait, after over an hour, showing my ticket, another staff said it's about another an hour wait. Since I handed out my stuff to them for valuation until the third hour, there were only 2,3 customers before me (when i got the ticket) and have no idea what it takes so long. Around 230 p.m., I still saw my stuff in the bag not being touched, hanging there, even tho I mentioned a couple of times it's already been over several hours than you promised? It was disappointing to see the efficiency. I used to drop in Melrose, CA, where the busiest store and still they are way more efficient, faster, and more professional than here. I took my stuff back because i felt i dont trust the staff here. I definitely felt wasted...
