We really liked our time at Colorado Rocky Mtn. The place was super clean, had everything we could want (including an electric fire starter for candles that I had packed), full of board games, local places to eat, guides, all dishes and cooking utensils, etc. It even had a washer and dryer in our unit - C17. The only reason I didn't give it four stars is that we checked in over the weekend, and no one ever called to check on us all week. It also is a little older buildings; however a fine size for the price! It was pretty deserted in May but we liked it that way. A five would have been given for a touch more personal attention and updating on the buildings, as they are getting a little older. We could tell that the owners of that condo were believers and also put a lot of loving touches in their home - cute antique skis, etc. We liked that we could feel the love they have for their home away from home. It definitely increased the experience. We also felt that they went WAY out of their way to ensure our rental was stocked full of anything we could need. Only thing we had to go get was aspirin for me, as the altitude triggered a migraine first night. Thanks...

The place we stayed had half the light bulbs out, zero trash bags, (even though we stayed over 5 nights) a kitchen from the 60s, hot water that was too hard to figure out (you have to push it half way in and turn it towards cold like 3/5 the way to get hot water) and a key card that worked every other day. We got locked out one day and were staying in Breckenridge and had to wait over an hour for them to let us back in to the room that we got locked out of because there office is in Frisco. Only book here if Frisco is on the way to and from your resort and also be prepared for rude customer service. Cards de-magnetizing happens. Don’t show up 40 mins late and give us attitude for the inconvenience when its your own company’s fault. Also, they asked us to replace the light bulbs... are you kidding me? Never booking with...
Read moreMy friend and I rented Lagoon 727B in February. Everything looked great until we tried to take a shower first night. We had water going from bathroom upstairs down to the dining room area. We called the maintenance and they suggested to use the other bathroom. But we used both showers at the same time and wasn't sure which one was leaking. Long story short the maintenance came brought huge fans to dry the area through dirty wet towels in one of the bathrooms and never notified us if they ever found where the leak was coming from and if it was ever fixed. We called and emailed them 3 times but still no response. We had to use public showers in the club house for the rest of the stay. We were lucky enough they were open. It has been almost a 3 weeks and still no apology, nobody tried to contact us so we decided to go this route so no one else...
