P4 Window Cleaning — Local services in Frisco

Sad. P4 did a great job cleaning our windows in 2021, so we called them again in 2024. You can see there was 3 years between window cleans, so we acknowledge the windows were dirty. In 2024, they left multiple windows unlocked, some with the blinds down (this was disconcerting). They also left the blinds "up" in multiple other rooms in various stages of disarray. The primary window I sit by and look out every day, after cleaning had 2 quite-large scratches on it. I asked the cleaner about it and he vociferously denied scratching the window. Even after explaining to the cleaner and the company I look at this window all day, every day and would have noticed the scratches, the company denied any wrong doing and offered no discount. We have had P4 clean the windows on our 2 story home, on a hill, for the last 7 years. First 3 years they were great. The last 4 years have been disappointing to say the least. From showing up without telling me in advance, twice, to 3 years now of up charges for "excessive dirty because they are not regularly cleaned" (even though they clean them regularly) and "humidifier residue on inside windows" and telling me in advance that there will be paint on the windows from painters when P4 had not even seen the windows yet. Do not have them clean windows when you are not there! Not sure what is going on, but I will be finding new window...

Anthony responded right away with an estimate and information about how long it would take for me to get on the schedule - at least two weeks.
