Love this place! As someone from Leadville who relies on kratom for managing social anxiety and depression, this shop has been a lifesaver for me. And yes while their kratom is definitely a bit pricier than many online vendors, the convenience really makes it worth it. Especially considering USPS's extreme unreliability & slowness up here in Leadville. The price difference is ultimately made up by the fact that I'd end up paying around the same in the end for the express shipping fees in order to get my parcel in a reasonable amount of time. Being able to pick up same-day when I run out has genuinely been invaluable to me. The staff are also consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they also have an adorable shop dog too! 🥰Haven't tried their other products yet, but looking forward to checking out their CBD and disposable...

Adrian provided excellent customer service while helping me select a replacement battery for 510 threaded carts. He asked some qualifying questions like what I was going to use it with to determine what type of temperature control I was looking for. Checked the battery capacity of similar units to see which battery was bigger. Pointed out all the of useful features, like a notch one can use to tether the pen to a lanyard. The battery I chose came packaged within a display so even though there was no individual packaging, he had the foresight to suggest I take a picture of the details on the display packaging. Since we were in town I figured I would stop get a new piece since I live almost an hour and a half away. The multi colored haired lady behind the counter was yelling at someone on the phone the entire time I was trying to buy a piece. She actually walked over in front of me and started yelling at someone on the phone right in front of me, as if she was yelling at me? I just left, no piece and wasted time! You clearly have no idea what customer service is, glad I know now! I prefer to support local companies but I will order my new piece online instead, thanks...
