I reserved online for my sister and me we were really excited because it was going to be our first time skiing but the customer service was so bad that it definitely ruined our morning . Let’s start we got to the store there was a big family maybe a group of 10 and then us. we were not in a hurry but they were all stressed out and wanted to do everything fast... Frank (who I believe was the supervisor) was the one trying to help us and then everything went bad first he try to said a I did all the reservations wrong because of the information on each sheet was under one name... not my fault it printed out like that because I put both name and each other’s information. Then he insisted that now we needed to fix everything because of the weight and size was wrong and AGAIN not my fault that when you booked online you can only choose a range not the actual weight. I told him that and he didn’t said anything suddenly those sheets where fine BUT that is not all. the WORST part is when he Shh!! Me and even turns his hand to my face to SHUT me up because I was translating for my sister that Doesn’t speak English!!!! Like seriously?? That was one of the must rude thing I have ever experienced and the frustration on my sister face was priceless and not even an apology from his part. Read moreMy wife and I rented skis from here. Luckily we picked up our rentals the day before we went to the resort because we were in there for about an hour. The worst part was there was nobody else in line or even in the rental area. We just shrugged that off as we weren't in a big hurry.
The next morning when we arrived at the resort, my wife went to put her skis on and the tech binding was several sizes too big! So obviously that was not going to work. Luckily we found a place that properly adjusted them for us. (Shout out to Rebel ski and bike rental) When we brought out skis back to Breeze at the end of the day I mentioned that the skis were not even teched right and they had to fix them at the mountain. I didn't even get an apology or even offered a refund for the rental. Very poor customer service. If we weren't able to find that place to fix it for us we would have had to waste our time and go back Breeze to have it fixed and then go all the way back to the resort. I don't recommend Breeze ski rentals in Frisco.

Read moreFortunaley, picked up day rentals at the Keystone location, whom were fast, friendly, and super-helpful. Wanted to convert day rental into a seasonal rental, and was told to go to Frisco store to do that. Got there after skiing at 4:15pm, and there were two people waiting to pickup equipment. Talked with one of the staff and asked if I could convert to seasonal; she said no, and that was confirmed by her manager. So, I said I would go ahead and get the seasonals anyway - she pointed me to the waiver machine. By the time I got done (2 mins later), there were an additional 3 people that showed up for equipment and they put me last in line... and there was only one guy helping them. I was ready to pay $190 and I was tired; I hung around for another 15 mins with no sight of them getting done soon, and decided to just leave.
