DON'T GO HERE!! I broke the screen on my phone and went into this store to buy another. Nothing but lies and delays in the store. I waited because they were the only option nearby. IF I COULD DO IT AGAIN, I WOULD DRIVE TO DENVER. THAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN LESS TIME AND MONEY than my crap experience with this "retailer." Fast forward 2 weeks: my bill was $50 more each month than they promised, plus $350 in unexpected up front charges. Little did i know, they changed my plan without permission. Added Hulu, etc, without permission. Added other "perks" ($32 dollars a month worth), without my permission. Then, charged me several UNDISCLOSED upfront charges on my Verizon auto pay. Know this: THEY WILL LIE TO YOU IN THE STORE. THEY SELL YOUR INFO, NUMBER, AND WILL TEXT YOU INCESSANTLY POST SALE. I now get 20 spam calls a day. VICTRA spams my family. Read moreAbsolutely terrible. Had an issue getting our jet pack hooked connecting to data and so went in to get help. I expected him to have some sort of knowledge on the system rather than attempting the take out the battery and put it back in and that's all he's got. Not only that, but he was a lazy, condescending jerk. He asks us for the account so we get him in and he looks at it for a second and sees that there are a lot of devices on the account because the device is liked to a business account. He says that he cannot sort through all of them because there are too many and he cannot tell which one is that one. I ask him why he cannot simply look at the devices id and search for it, he says they all have the same id which is by far the stupidest thing I've heard in the world, they are the same device but have an individual Id. He tells me that I should just talk to the account manager (he is talking to him) and when he finds this out tells us to talk to tech support. A child could have done what he did to help. My advice: FORGET THIS ONE, GO TO SILVERTHORN 5 MINUTES UP THE ROAD TO AVOID LAZY AND CONDESCENDING...

I placed an order with Verizon online with their agents. I was adding a new line and purchasing a device. This was a 2 hour process, where I was told after signing the agreements and paperwork, the order was processed and I'd get confirmation. That never happened, order was in "limbo". I called support they had me on phone for an hour and cancelled the order for me so I could go in person. I show up in Frisco, order was never actually cancelled. 2 hours later with Verizon support, which was just chaotic Zach Siler at Verizon in Frisco, had me set up, good to go, and had the most patience, and knew what he was doing. Halfway home Zach calls to tell me Verizon cancelled the wrong phone and the phone I had was not going to stay active, I had to turn around and go back.
I wish I went to Frisco from the get-go. Zach was fantastic to work with. None of these issues were his fault, but he put all his effort into making it right for. I highly recommend having Zach...
