Whoa! 🐦 So this is getting 5 stars. It certainly "ticks a lot of boxes" BUT dont be fooled - you will pay a lot of money yep

OK back to the ab.so.effin.lutely most DELICIOUS food and Higest Quality Beer possible! - It's a bustling and fun atmosphere with lots of good vibes and 10 different choices of seating options!

Parking is competitive during the dinner hours (they close at 8pm - soooo that's a bit on the early side - and people pile in from 6-8pm - you might wait in line for food or beer for 5 min or so - max) I arrived at 6:15pm on a Friday Night. Perhaps lunchtime would be mellower crowd-wise?

Service was amazing. The staff is flooded with people and orders - but they were super friendly and knowledgeable too. Summit County Vibin' ✌️

Food portions are medium sized - I went wild and got 1/4 Chicken 🍗 order and a Pork Belly Fried Rice order. I got the Bird Sauce and the Peanut sauce -( all sauces come on the side)

Super satisfying everything!

Free Range Chicken tastes sooo amazing - you really can't go wrong with any of the sauces too. - nothing came close to actual spicy-hot that i tasted. That's the Thai-ISH part

Pork Belly Fried Rice - 10 out of 10 - wowsers.

Then the Beer!

If you are a beer lover - its definitely over stimulus on the right side of the menu is the "In the Steep" IPA - that's their flagship beer - but then tons more to choose - plus a fully stocked bar if you want that too.

I tried a pint of the Stizzy and then had a pint of the Steep! - 😄 - again top notch.

Top. Notch.

(All that includes a 20% tip always) I paid $75 out the door.

I got a lot of food and had leftover PBFR later which seemed twice as epic the second time around. That's how you know the place is good!

Bird Craft was one of my, and my girlfriend’s, favorites for years. We visited AT LEAST once a month for more than two years, and both got excited over going every time we did. The past two times that we’ve gone though, we’ve had to turn around and leave after trying to order. My girlfriend is vegetarian, and every single time she has ever ordered from Bird Craft, (at LEAST 20 times literally) she has gotten the chicken sandwich with tofu subbed for the fried chicken. Every single time, the person taking her order has made sure to inform her that while that is no problem, the tofu will be in cubes instead of a patty. This has, of course, always been fine. I’ve also brought my parents a couple times, and both of those times, my Mom also got a chicken sandwich with tofu. The past two times though, we’ve been told, vehemently, that they don’t do that and never did. I don’t know if there’s new owners or what, but it’s extremely frustrating to be told that they don’t and never have done essentially the only thing my girlfriend has ever ordered for more than two years. Even if it were true and we hadn’t ordered exactly that more than 20 times, it would be absolutely ridiculous to refuse to put the tofu you have prepared in the kitchen already on a $20 sandwich instead of chicken. It bums both of us out super hard, but we won’t be wasting our time visiting again if we can’t order the dishes that made us...

Absolutely delicious dinner tonight! With my many food allergies and dedicated gluten free and dairy free diet, the only fried chicken I can usually enjoy carefree is the kind cooked in my own kitchen.

Well, today that changed. For the first time in over 15 years I had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into moist, crunchy, and perfectly cooked fried chicky.

The white rice, fresh cilantro, basil, and mint, lime wedges, pickled cucumbers, and sauces that came with the meal truly complimented the bird. Total flavor explosion in my mouth!

I highly recommended the sweet chili sauce. We ate our meal in our car (while parked outside the restaurant) and I actually ran back in to get more sauce halfway through munching.

My husband had the chicken sandwich and he was blown away by it as well. When he finished eating, he looked at me with a huge smile plastered across his face and said each bite transported him back to Krabi, Thailand.

After a long day of climbing, mountain biking, and driving, this meal was such a rewarding treat. Thank you Bird Craft! We will be back any and every time we drive...
