If I could give negative stars I would! I went In store to get sized for a bra and was told a size that completely doesn’t fit, upon asking for further advice on how a bra should be fitting me to consider it the right size as I just had a child a few weeks prior I was told they are “unsure” aren’t they supposed to know these certain things? Taking the advice I received from the employee I ordered 3 bras that end up not fitting! Going back to the store for the second time to return the bras The employees were incredibly rude the Asian woman (not trying to assume her ethnicity) I just didn’t remember to get her name she was especially rude an treated me less than a human being for context I was looking very roughly and I have a lot of tattoos, I had both my children with me my fiancé (all whom are mixed black and white ) as I mention I just had a newborn so I guess I can admit I wasn’t looking amazing the woman treated us like trash like we were filthy she grabbed the bras with her finger tips like touching something your putting in the garbage when all the bras except for one were still in the packaging. I had a lump in my throat fighting back tears as I waited on her to refund me. I’m sorry we are hard working parents and may not look up to some peoples standards but to be treated that way is unacceptable I don’t feel right spending my money and supporting a business that promotes employees who act this way. This is the worst Victoria's Secret I have ever been in! This billion dollar corporation is definitely not putting a penny back into this store. It is so unorganized & filthy! The neon lights above the checkout counters were half out, the floors had not been cleaned & had things stuck to them, the shelves were held together by clamps that stuck out & could catch people as they walked by, the shelves also had old price tags stuck everywhere. We waited in line about 20 minutes before walking out. The cashiers are the slowest I have ever seen! In that 20 minutes they checked out 2 people! These were people with only 2-3 items! One of their own employees was in line & got out of line & put her things in a shopping bag behind the counter to purchase later, I'm assuming, and walked out. On our way out of the store the two girls on the floor were just gossiping away in a corner in the front of the store. i haven't shopped at Victoria Secret in years due to over inflating prices, but my daughter wanted to go in. We definitely will not be returning to this location! Put some money back into your store & hire a new management crew & pay them enough that they care about their jobs! So, if your order is not here for pick up: You must have sent the order to the wrong location. Doubting the customer. Even if you have the pick up order is ready email, you need to insist check the order number with the store manager to see what is going on. Your order might get cancelled if your order is not picked up within 24 hours or less, because that 3 day pick up window might not be for you. Checked your emails constantly for that order cancellation email right after order ready to be picked up email. Because it is really on you and very incapable of you to not check your emails like that. No apologies from the store if you show up and pick up your order. Too bad for you.

If I am the customer service person I would say sorry your name is not on the order pick up list, but I can check your order status right the way if you provide me the order number.
