After waiting a whole year I found out this location has gotten 10x worse I went to purchase food today from this location when I got home and looked at the food it looked horrible the taco was soggy and the quesadilla was burnt and to add on they got my two supreme tacos wrong and when I went to return them after biting half of one and realizing it wasn’t what I paid for the lady asked for the food back which was a big NO NO with COVID-19 and other viruses you should never receive food that has been in someone else’s possession and I witnessed other employees opening the food which I had took bites out of and still preparing food (CROSS-CONTAMINATION!!) The employee and manager refused to give me two supreme tacos because one had been bitten out of and I got shorted my money because she did not give me the taco I had took a bite out of and after I received the replacement I did not feel like eating it because of the cross-contamination. This is a breeding ground for all types of illnesses the window they are serving out of has dirt piled on it and finger smudges and from what I’m told this is nothing new. Read morePaige the manager was the worst and most rudest manager I've ever encountered. I was justified in calling their store and letting them k ow they forgot my popcorn chicken and potato wedges and she clearly called me out and said I was lying and that every manager in the store had checked my order before it was handed to me in the drive thru. She also claimed that she distinctively remembered putting my popcorn chicken and Cole slaw in my bag when I came inside... Problem is, I never came inside. And I didn't order coleslaw and coleslaw wasn't even on my ticket. She had obviously mistaken me for someone else but hung up in my face while I was still talking. I will never ever eat at this place ever again for as long as I live. Taco Bell... I ain't finished here yet... By the time I'm done telling everyone about my rotten service here, I am certain I will have done some damage to your stores business. Just look at the other ratings and problems other people have reported with your store. And you can thank your manager Paige for what I'm about to do. I ordered once, then was asked to repeat it. After reiterating, the order was called back incorrectly. I ordered again, slowly. Once I got to the window, it took a reasonable amount of time to receive food. Not the right food, but food. I pulled forward and checked the ticket. Two items were not included in my receipt. I drove back around and ordered the missing items. I pulled up to the window and was literally forgotten about. A car had come until the line behind me and ordered...them I was given their food. I hadn't paid for anything this time. I told them that was incorrect and they took the food back from my car window and HAD TO ORDER AGAIN. Then, when I FINALLY got home....MY FOOD WAS BARELY WRAPPED AND WAS DUMPED OUT OF THE SHELLS AND DIRECTLY INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG.
