We signed up our 2 children to 3 different summer camps at this place. When we asked them if they would issue a refund in case our children didn't like it, they said they could discuss the refund when the camp started. So one of the camps started and we took one of our children to the camp. The first day, and they didn't let us or any other parents inside to even see where our children will spend the day. At the end of the day our child complaint about being extremely bored as the children were apparently left mostly on their own with very little supervision and almost no engagement in any activities. Our child refused to go the next day and also said that there were 2 other kids that were very mean to and were using bad words. Anyway, long story short we contacted the center, explained the situation and very politely asked for a refund for the remaining days for that camp as well as for 2 other camps that hadn't even started. They refused to issue a refund not only for the camp that had started but also for 2 others that we signed up 2 kids for and that hadn't even started yet. The explanation they provided was that it was their policy not to issue refunds after the camp had started! This is exactly the opposite of what they said when we contacted them first time! The nurse carefully went through my symptoms and concerns, but as soon as Dr. Solomon realized I needed a prescription renewal, she simply ordered labs and rushed me out. I was still charged $80 for that visit, even though it was clear she neither reviewed the nurseās notes nor showed any real interest in my overall situation.
A week later, after my labs came back, I had to pay another $80 just to see her again for the prescription renewal. Dr. Solomon once again seemed focused only on getting me out quickly rather than addressing my concerns, despite the nurse having already documented them. When I raised this directly, she insisted it was my responsibility to restate every concern to herāclearly ignoring the fact that I had already shared them with her staff.
I also escalated my concerns to management, but they simply brushed it off and offered no acknowledgment that the process itself is unreasonable. Overall, I left very disappointed.
