UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT:

We went to get a smoothie. They brought back a milkshake. We politely told them that this was not what we ordered. Their reply was "sorry, we are under new management."

They made no attempt to fix things. They just pushed the wrong drink off on us.

So, for the new management. I have 2 suggestions.

Teach these poor little things you have working for you the difference between a smoothie and a milkshake. This is something they should know.

If you want to keep customers, don't force the wrong product off on the customer when it's the fault of the business for making the wrong product.

We would have been fine, and even would have kept coming often if there was any effort, at all, to...

Went in for the first time and was clueless about what to get, many different popsicles, beverages, and ice cream flavors. Staff were very friendly, and happy to help. The store was extremely clean and you can see all the options very easily. The ice cream was out of this world, if you are in the area you have to try it. It has a lot of very good flavor, yet not as sweet. Enough to appreciate it's difference from traditional ice cream, and still a sweet treat. 5/5 Expirience and great dessert. Will definitely be coming back on...

My daughter enjoyed their strawberry ice cream. I didn't mind letting her eat it since it was only made with strawberries, milk and cream. I'm rating it 4 stars since they didn't know which products contain gluten. In today's society, there are plenty of people with auto immune diseases and food allergies that can not digest certain things.
