On 11/27/24 at 9:45 I went through the drive in to order he answered the speaker as if he was tired of his job and frustrated with taking care of customers we all have them days cool so I began to order because I had a coupon he stopped me to tell me I can’t use the coupon because he was out of medium Fry boxes which i didn’t understand I mean just put it in a large box and don’t fill it up so I finished ordering and pacifically said fries with NO salt (heart failure so I can’t have salt )so he stated well let me walk up to the front once again I didn’t need to know that so I drive around by that time he is at the window as I’m trying to pay he said I need the coupon and that was no problem it’s not what you say it’s how it was sad very rudely well he gave me my food and walked away with a attitude not knowing if I needed ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, napkins nothing so I took my fries out yes they were HOT and BUT HARD I started blowing my horn no response I knocked on the window no response I had to drive back around to the speaker and his response to me was you said you wanted no salt and it will be 5 In a half minutes for some more no no no I didn’t even wait 5.5 on them hard fries like don’t play with my money and sir you’re absolutely correct 180% but I did not say I wanted my food hard either you re-dropped my fries or your grease is old which ever one it is. It’s not OK because just like he work hard to pay for his food clothes etc I work hard also His customer service sucks and if this is the person that you want to represent Burger King as a manager, you’re going to slowly lose business and this is coming from somebody who is a general manager you treat your customers how you want to be treated the disrespect and the attitude is awful because with out customers there will be no Burger King and I come to this Burger King very very frequently but today it blew me if you do not like your job give it up. I promise you there is plenty of people that wants a job so I need someone to get in touch with me as soon as possible. If I do not hear back from someone on Friday, I will take this matter, further I will by any means go to the extreme to get this issue solved he told me he was a manager and his name was Fready. I don’t know how true that is because I never received a receipt with my transaction and I never received a receipt after supposedly getting a refund, but he’s rude. Read moreI attempted to get a drive through order at the 841 Nashville Pike location in Gallatin at about 8:30 pm on Wed. Sept. 27. I waited an inordinate amount of time at the order post (5 to 7 min.) before a voice asked for my order. I gave my order and didn’t get a response. A few minutes later another different voice asked for my order. I gave it again, once more there was no response. After a few more minutes I decided to just drive away. Unfortunately, there was still a car around the corner at the window blocking my escape. That car must have been waiting for their order for at least as long as I waited to place mine. I backed up and was blocked by a new car that had arrived behind me. After a few more minutes a third voice asked for my order. I told her that I had already given it, did she want it again? She replied “yes, that’s how it works”. I waited in stunned silence for a few moments, then I reluctantly gave it again. Angry and frustrated, I drove around the corner to see that the previous car had moved away from the window but was still waiting for their order. I chose to drive away. Performance and service at this BK has always been up and down, efficient and professional at times and frustratingly amateurish at times. Today’s experience was by far the worst and rudest encounter I have ever had. I will never go back. You managed to lose a previously patient and regular customer. Read moreWhat's the point of staying open till a certain time if you're just gonna clean the equipment and not fulfill orders? Just close earlier if that's what y'all need to do. It was gonna be my first time eating Burger King last night when I ordered it thru my phone (meaning I'd already paid.) Then I get a call from the delivery driver (BK should've got off their butts and cancelled the order themselves before a driver drove all the way there) saying they can't make my order because they have already cleaned up the equipment an hour before closing? I mean this in the nicest way possible as someone who has worked in the service industry, you not wanting to do work while on the clock being payed is not my problem and has nothing to do with me. Regardless of if you have cleaned machines or not, if I order food during business hours and you're being paid to do so, you simply just make the order. That's literally how the service industry works.
