Taco Bell — Restaurant in Gallatin

If I didn't have to give any stars I most definitely wouldn't have gave a single one. By far it should be -10. This location is the worst I have come to in a long time. We moved to Gallatin 8 months ago. Let me just say Taco Bell is my all time favorite fast food restaurant. I could probably eat at one every day. I have the app and order my food online and pick up. Well since the virus of course they stopped ppl from coming inside to pick up orders. Their lines are always wrapped 2 different directions through the parking lot. The first few times we sat through the long line. Even after I placed my order and verified it on the screen that it was correct for the second time, they still got my orders wrong. We were missing food and the food we did get was made wrong. The ones that were made wrong we payed extra for each item we added. We spend any where from 25.00 all the way to around 50.00 every time we go to taco bell. Because we have teenage boys and girls. Since were new to town and love Taco Bell but didn't know of the second location 15 minutes down the road that 10 stars. I can tell u everything have messed our order and I've called to complain. If ur lucky someone will answer the phone if not you will be like us. Trying to pull stuff off and what we could at hope. Couple mornings ago my husband ordered 2 grande steak buritto, 2 sausage crunch wraps with extra cheese (was given sour cream) yuck, 2 sausage hashbrown burittos. My husband and I had ran a bunch of errands to run. One of those The gentleman taking the order had a bit of trouble but made sure he fixed it rather then letting it go so that was OK. My husband got some kind of steak burrito with rice, super spicy and crunches on it the cheese was dumped on the outside and then toasted. Omg I'm craving one right now!! I don't do the huge, potentially full of beans. I'm more of a chicken soft taco NOT supreme or the nacho Supreme that has since been discontinued. Oh and don't get me started, the chicken taco salad was my favorite and it too is discontinued. Like why, my guess is, while the prices rise the quality didn't. I stopped eating crunchy tacos when I noticed unless I ate there the shells were stale. Or you ask for extra meat and there is less then is supposed to come on it. Oh well, the reality is, human nature, if we want something bad enough insanity kicks in and the process starts all over again. Oh fun fact 4 items at Tacobell cost more then dinner for 3 at a sit down restaurant. Total bummer, sadly, but my recommendation for Tacobell, after yesterday is enter at your own risk of rather unsatisfactory food that you want to kick yourself for...

I normally ain’t one to slam a business online but tonight I am doing just that. This particular time we ordered chicken chalupas and a burrito supreme this is what we got. Taco Bell in gallatin stays open to 3am so working third shift we’re extremely limited to our options at least on ten different occasions when going there we’ve been told that they only have a VERY limited amount of food last week when pulling up to the drive through at 1:00am was told they only had three scoops of beef left ok it’s two hours before y’all close so could someone explain this to me????...???..... so tonight before we went I called and ask them if they had any food tonight with the response and I quote well yeah we are a restaurant ok so I’m not the one for no smart* so I fired back. When our food was picked up this is what we received. You best bet I will be going but there in the morning to speak to management and from there I will call their corporate office.
