Sometimes you find great deals. I love coming here to find books. Now on some other things you have to be careful. I found a great 120 lumen flashlight, not super bright, that extended into an 18 baton. A $10 deal. I was excited to find this and opened it as soon as I got home. Unfortunately the makers of this item had very bad machining tolerances and the thing could not hold itself together. Literally, the parts that screwed together would slide apart. I have to take it back but I anticipate no problems. Another great section is the toys. When Toys R Us shut down, Ollie's had a huge supply of merchandise from them at great prices. Last year I found an awesome sleeping bag here for $16. It was oversized so you could actually be able to roll around and not feel like a sardine. I like the store because it has a big variety of items and great prices. I have been in several times in the last few months. I normally have a great experience but last time I encountered a rude cashier who decided it was okay to have a 20 minute conversation with her friend while me and a few others had to stand and wait. I finally asked if someone could open another register and the woman said in a loud voice "NO !BE PATIENT!" Other employees heard this and shook their heads. I should have walked out at that point but I needed to buy more paint to finish my garage. After the cashier got to me, no words were spoken, but I got the GTH look from her the entire time. I purchased items and forgot the bag in the store. I called the store and they confirmed the bag was there. I told them I'd be back the next day since the store was going to be closing sooner than I could get back. I came out the next day with my receipt to be told that my items were placed back on the floor. On top of this every time I go there the cashiers have horrible attitudes and can't be bothered to ring you up with they are chit chatting. I can understand hating your job, we all get there, but I just grabbed a cart full of items I just want to pay for and get out. I suggest only going here if you have no where else to get...
