My review is a bad review of my experience while I was there. I was lifting at this gym on and off for about 8 months.. I was told that they were canceling my membership. I asked the lady I cant remember her name.. The darker skin woman, why? She said that I had been stealing drink's. I told her about the time I asked to pay for them when she was at the desk, so was to busy talking to someone, rather it was important or not I don't know. She said that I didn't write them down. I stopped at the desk the other day and asked to pay for 3 drinks and a man at the desk said he would charge me for 3 drink's so I went on with my workout. The man was a new employee. After the lady had cancelled my membership she said she was going to charge me for not racking some weights and got very rude with me and said I called her a brown chic... Which in real term's she is the only brown employee. So I think that the gym miss represent's what it is to liftweights. Maybe that place is just for exercise . They are also very quite in this gym don't be to loud...

I’ve been a member here since February and couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere of a gym really makes or breaks someone’s motivations to come back and I have never felt anything but comfort here (excluding the soreness from a great workout). Staff if always super nice and so are the other members. The equipment is well maintained and the space is always clean. I worked with Patrick for a few months to boost my confidence and he’s a fantastic trainer and an even better person. He helped me boost my confidence and knowledge when it comes to strength training and continues to be a support even though I’m not doing PT anymore. I loved hitting this gym while in town for a month. It’s not huge but not tiny either, and it was never crowded, but always had a half dozen people or so working out when I’d come. Friendly staff. Very clean. Nice locker rooms, showers. Machines and free weights, pretty much anything you’d want. Good prices. I bought the $10 fob so I can come whenever I want, and it’s linked to my account for next year. Can’t ask...
