Honestly I think the owners must be discriminating against people of color because in the reviews I see they allowed kids to pet their cats, but when my children did, we were forcefully kicked out and was spoken to in broken Spanish as an insult. She screamed at my children and told them they are not allowed to touch the cats. I would never step inside this place ever again. Everything is over priced anyways. The lady went as far as to threaten us with a gun if we didnât leave the sidewalk in front of her store which is public property. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Updated March 13, 2024 Congratulations, it took you 2 years to reply. As a business owner you should learn to get to your clients in a more timely manner. I have video footage of your clerk, telling my child to not touch the cat and screaming at us and threatening us with a gun. I will gladly post it on TikTok and make you famous and youâre right I would never come into your business ever again with your expensive prices for your cheap merchandise and if youâre the owner, I called you and spoke to you about your clerk at the time who was your best friend. You just screamed at me and said that you knew her for a long time and that you believed her even though I told you I would show you the video footage please say the word and I will happily tag you on a TikTok video how you had your clerk screaming at a autistic child Iâm pretty sure a lot of people wonât be too happy about that. And for your information the street is a public domain so if anyone wants to protest in the street, they...
Read moreI recently visited this store to find a gift for a friend and conducted research on their merchandise online, discovering that numerous items were available on Temu at substantially lower prices. Notably, the store was selling these items for $40-50, whereas they were priced at $4 on Temu. I also observed a sign indicating that the cats in the store should not be touched, yet multiple children were petting them. Furthermore, I came across a review alleging that the store owner had yelled at an autistic child and exhibited racist behavior. This was particularly surprising given that the store sells Chinese merchandise at inflated prices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping at this store and suggest purchasing items directly from Temu instead. Additionally, I found it unsettling to be watched while shopping. Also, the owner's responses to their reviews are unprofessional, lacking apologies and effective communication, unless they are receiving positive reviews. I suggest they hire someone who can manage social media more...
