I recently visited Panda Express and was quite disappointed with my experience. The Super Greens, which should have been fresh and vibrant, were anything but. They had clearly lost their freshness and were served in a less-than-desirable state. Consuming them made me feel quite nauseated, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues with the quality at Panda Express. The Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, which is usually a staple, has been overcooked on multiple occasions. Instead of the juicy and flavorful chicken I expected, it was dry and tough, significantly detracting from the overall meal experience.
To make matters worse, I’ve frequently found pieces of bone and sinew in the chicken. This is extremely unpleasant and raises serious concerns about food preparation standards. Having to pick out these inedible parts from my meal is both frustrating and unappetizing.
I’ve tried to give Panda Express multiple chances despite a previous incident where I got food poisoning. I hoped it was an isolated case, but my recent experiences suggest otherwise. The consistency in poor food quality is alarming and needs urgent attention.
Quality control seems to be a persistent problem here. Serving vegetables that are not fresh and improperly prepared chicken can lead to health issues for customers. It’s crucial that Panda Express addresses these concerns promptly to ensure their food maintains the high standards customers expect.
I urge management to take a closer look at their food preparation and serving practices to prevent these issues from recurring. Freshness, proper cooking, and thorough food inspection are fundamental to a good dining experience and should be...
Read moreWhy place an online order if they simply ignore them- walked in and tried to check in was told to wait for the line to clear with people who were literally just walking in. I then gave my name to two employees and both said “we have no order” - so I flagged Samuel the manager down and said “they don’t have my order to which he replied “we’re busy just check in” very rudely and then walked away. 20 minutes later he finally realizes I am still standing there with no food and only then asked for the name on the order and had to reprint the ticket. I called him out on raising his voice to me and making me wait an extra 25 minutes and it was just excuses “I figured you meant it wasn’t packed yet” and “most customers say that but they are wrong”… He definitely should not be leading a team of employees with that attitude towards customers and should at the very least offered an...
Read moreListen guys, I realize it’s a new place (kinda) and the age group that works here. However, when an item was missing I simply called to express my disappointment, not to get anything free or even replaced. Even though I paid for the item. I was having a pretty decent conversation with whoever answered the phone explaining just this when the phone was taken from her and the “shift leader” came on the line. She was abrupt, rude and every time I started to speak she interrupted me. The shift leader only escalated the situation. I bowed out gracefully and will simply not order here again. I haven’t even tried the food so I can’t say if it’s good or bad. But if it is anything like the customer service (or lack thereof) I will probably be making a grilled cheese sandwich and calling it a night. #kindessisfree...
