When I walked in the store, I already knew what I wanted. I'd been doing my research for months. So I go back to the gun department, speak to the biker looking gentleman in the back he didn't have the time nor the patience, I guess to deal with me and all my questions. So I wound up at the used gun cabinet and he left me alone in the department. I made up my mind figured out what I was gonna do and purchase the weapon online and had it shipped to the store. Thank God, I had a second visit to the store because it was a lot more welcoming and the gentleman that assisted me with finalizing the purchase was very helpful even though he was slammed at the backgun counter and I'm glad I made a second trip here because. Had them hold the pistol and told them l was going home to get it. I told them a 50 mile trip. No problem right āŗ- how wrong!!! Female manager went home and was the only one who knew how to do the trade in process. She had already priced the trade in and only needed paperwork. I got back with my ops and the rest of the crew (three men) didn't know how to finish it , female manager had gone home. I was told to come back the next day- not going to happen. I made 4 trips for a total of 200 miles. My fault for the first 100 miles , waste of time for the rest. Why aren't the people trained š??? Don't waste your time at...
