My sister wanted some boots and has always had a hard time getting the right ones to fit properly. We had been to several stores over in Pigeon Forge and was treated rudely at one of the biggest ones. Went in another and the man was just oh, you're hear to look at boots?! Well, we don't have what your looking for. Lost sale. We went to one more and was just disgusted at the cheapness of the quality for what they were asking. We were needless to say, discouraged. We decided to drive over to Gatlinburg and boy was that a game changer!!!

We walked in Branded and straight out of the gate Nicona was there! He was amazing!!! He had the most amazing personality. We felt like he was a little brother the way he was making jokes and goofing off like he had known us forever. He talked to both of us getting a better feel for what she wanted in a boot and which one would suit her. He looked at her feet and pulled a boot down and I'll just be daggum if it didn't fit her right off the bat! He pulled down many more for her to try and he could tell her whether or not the one she picked would fit or not. Amazing skills!! He worked with us for the longest time. Gave his best foot forward as soon as he introduced himself. He even tried to sell me a pair, but I have huge calves and they don't make them to fit me in the style I wanted.

The whole staff that was there that day was great! These guys kicked it out of the park when it came to customer service! If you need a good boot/shoe go see these guys! We will NOT be shopping for boots again other than here at Branded!

A group of friends and I were in this location, a group of 8 teens (5 girls and 3 boys), and from the second we walked in two employees were just watching us. As we were wrapping up our visit, one of the employees came up to us and aggressively told us that he and another employee (who I believe he said was a manager or owner) and himself had been watching us on security cameras since we had come in and when we left if anyone went towards their pockets, they would pull us all aside and search everyone. Nobody had done anything even remotely suspicious. We only touched the boots and shirts. The employees had no reason to suspect us of anything. Even if anyone has reached towards their pockets as we left, there was still no probable...

Very rude employees. My family and I entered this store because my son was interested in purchasing a hat. We were looking around and my son saw one he liked and preceded to pick it up to look at it and was immediately yelled at by an employee for picking it up. How are you going to buy a hat without looking at it? I heard the same employee rudely telling other people constantly "If you break it, you buy it!" This guy came up to us again while we were looking around not touching anything and rudely said not to touch anything. My wife looked at him and said, "Well, evidently you don't need our business!" and we walked out. Needless to say we bought a hat at a different store across the way that had very nice and...
