Gatlinburg Tennessee . While we were on a vacation this past month as we were walking checking out the beautiful places I noticed a clock store and it called my attention for I love clocks? I do not know why I just do it represents time and time is special. Well 3 hours away my hourglass clock very beautiful showed up as Nathan and his helper was waiting on me. Now that's the first that I've ever had someone to wait on me. He was patient really a good salesman he doesn't pressure you he gives you time to look and he is ready for any question that you may have. The price to me was just a price. The material is the gold at the end of the rainbow. I would definitely recommend others to check this place out. Nathan really inspired me just by the love that he puts into his work. You can tell that he loves his job he loves his customers and he loves the people that he works for. Why was up there he even helped me because of my car was starting to overheat he took the time out to get me water to go in the radiator. When he did not have to. I can truly say Nathan understands Love thy neighbor. Once again thank you Nathan thank you for being where you were that day thank you for answering my questions thank you for encouraging me and uplifting me when I really needed it just by the kind words. My memories will carry on through childhood to Great childhood and great great childhood because of one memory that Nathan made for me to discuss with the rest of my...
Read moreI debated on posting this but I think it’s a good thing that people are aware of our personal experience. My spouse and I love clocks, we collect some in hopes of restoring them, but we mostly just have them around the house for decorations, so when we saw this store we were really excited. We greeted the lady (not the other way around) and went on to admire the artwork (yes, that’s how we look at it) and it was beautiful work, very well done and very detailed work in most of them. It was terrible service however, as an older lady followed us around the store making sure we weren’t doing anything and she was making it very clear that we were not welcome there. My spouse was extremely uncomfortable as he kept seeing her peak over and stare at us, not speaking to us or making any small talk. Another lady came in, she greeted her helped her along her way and still nothing for us, we left in a few minutes as my spouse was trying to get me out the door (I was oblivious to it at the start but when I did notice it, I still wanted to enjoy them). The only thing I can think of is that it was winter and I wasn’t in a nicer sweater, it was my spouses and was big on me. We are planning to visit Gatlinburg again, however, we won’t go this far down the...
Read moreI went in looking for a special clock for my 30 year wedding anniversary. Sales person was rude and should not tell people how to run their lives. When sales person was telling me a certain clock would last over 200 years, I said I doubt it would last 200 hours at my home and joked that he would have to sell me kid damage insurance to which he replied i needed to control my kids. He was pushing me into buying a bigger clock than I wanted because I knew it would get broken in my home. My kids were not with me, so it's not like they were running wild in the store. My kids are grown adults, but sometimes will throw a tennis ball in the house for the dog to catch. I was joking, but I was not joking when I left and did not buy the clock. I will go to another place where I will not be insulted. I hope the sales person understands that a huge sale was not made because of his snarky comment that was made straight to my face with out even knowing why I said this huge all glass clock would not last a...
