Too expensive. We bought a couple things here as gifts for someone before seeing all the hot sauces elsewhere. These are triple or more the price of others. Wish we had bought elsewhere. What we did buy was supposedly the hottest they had (other than the tiny black bottle that cost like $30). The person we bought it for said we got ripped off. That it was not hot at all. And we bought the Bean Boozzled hot sauce flavored jelly beans. Person tried one and refuses to eat anymore. Said they were nasty. Like eating the seeds or something. Not hot, just gross. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees seemed nice enough even if they did several times try to get you to buy more than you were buying with their “deals”. Lesson learned and we will not go...

My boyfriend and I came for a vacation for our 3yr anniversary. On our day before last we came to Gatlinburg to look around at the shops, and oh boy did we find one of our favorites! Rick (the manager) was super nice and helpful! He gave use suggestions and would have us try some new stuff and we even gradually tried hotter and hotter sauces. The “tres Diablos” sauce was extremely good but that was our tap out on heat wise 😂 that was his third hottest sauce and if you can get past his #1 hottest sauce he has one more that’s even hotter (good luck with that one😂) all of the ingredients are simple and no high fructose corn syrups or the extra junk that isn’t needed just good flavor and nice heat. Super friendly guys today working the store. Yes, they told us their names and I should remember! (Sorry guys). Look... let me start here: these aren't the cheapest sauces, rubs and salsa. But really that's not what we were looking for. We were looking for unique flavors and good quality sauces. The gentlemen did a great job helping us and the others in the store by exhibiting humor and product knowledge. I get it - they are there to sell us on the product. So call it a successful transaction for them and us both. Nice people, tasty sauce and buy 5 get one free for a happy feeling of 'a deal'.
