The Soft Shirt Place - Gatlinburg — Attraction in Gatlinburg

We went to Gatlinburg for our family vacation this year and had researched places to buy souvenir shirts. The Soft Shirt Place located in Gatlinburg had wonderful reviews so we decided to check it out. This family business didn’t disappoint us and their highly rated reviews were spot on!! Ashley was lovely and kind the moment we stepped in the door. She was awesome and very helpful showing us all the different designs in her books you could choose from. The incredible soft shirts were hanging up everywhere to truly personalize the style, color and size shirt to go with the design you chose for Men, Women and Kids. She would then put the shirts together fast using her press so not to take up too much of our time with this process. Our two boys got excited to pick out their designs and our youngest decided to spend his own money to buy a second shirt as well because he loved them so much!! My husband also ended up buying two shirts as he couldn’t choose between designs because the designs were original and cool to look at!! These shirts are different than what you see in other tourist tee shirt shops in the area.

When we had questions on our order after returning home Victoria, Ashley’s Mom, was quick to respond on Google Chat on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I was so impressed with her response time on a holiday weekend!! I felt like I was her number one client and wanted to assist us immediately with our needs from an issue that arose with our order. She and Ashley went above and beyond to make sure our order was done right and got replacement items a week later. Thank you both for your amazing customer service throughout this entire process in store and online!!

I would give them 6 stars if I could!!! I own a small family business so I know what it takes to make a business successful and it’s all about the highly rated customer service!! We visited this place when we were at the Mountain Mall, it’s a super cool place to get a T-shirt made! You just pick a style/color of shirt and then pick from one of their MANY designs. Then, they’ll put the design you picked on the shirt you picked and you’re on your way.

The woman working here was very friendly and answered any questions we had. They have most of their designs on display on shirts throughout the store, but they also have a book if you want to look through the designs that way. My boyfriend picked out a blank long sleeve shirt and a design, and it literally only took her one minute to have his shirt ready! The price was very reasonable, too. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely come back here. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience here and would definitely recommend...

This place deserves 10 stars! If you want a good quality t-shirt, tank top or hoodie then this is the best place around! As soon as you walk in, you feel that Tennessee hospitality given by an amazing husband and wife team! They have a great selection of custom designs drawn up by the husband, and a bunch of color options to pick from and they print them out right there in under a minute! I was able to try some choices before buying because I have a knot from a dog bite and surgery on my stomach that some material doesn’t work with very well and I found the perfect shirt and design, thanks to the owners help! You just don’t get the same treatment from any other shirt shop in town! This is my go to shop from now on! Thank you so much for the shirt, hilarious conversations and kindness! You guys...
