If I could give negative stars I would. I NEVER have negative review as I work in food myself and understand how it can be. However, This is THE WORST experience every, I've had totally wrong food, hair in my food, raw food, mold in my food, and NEVER have I given a review like this. I made a mistake on my delivery address and called immediately to get it fixed, that was 40 minutes ago, I've yet to get off the "papa rewards" loop. This location may not even have a phone in the building. I used the live chat option in the app immediately as well to try to fix my mistake. However, they said the order was already at the store and all I could do is call. Which I was already currently doing. So by this point there is now some poor kid delivering my dinner to a probably vacant air bnb 2.5 hours from my home. I understand that the mistake of the delivery address was my fault. Absolutely. However, getting it fixed should Never take this long or be such a headache. As I'm writing this I'm still waiting for someone to answer and they close in 16 minutes. Read moreThough the pizza at Papa Johns is usually tolerable I wasn't given the opportunity to purchase food because the manager of this location was rather pompous and incredibly incompetent.
My family and I had just driven through the Smokey Mountains and stopped here to grab a pizza. When I asked to use the bathroom the manager stormed out of the back told me I could not use it, he said that they have a bathroom that's only for them, when I expressed that my local Papa Johns was kind enough to allow me to use the bathroom he said well were not them. I told him I was intending on purchasing food and he said well that's too bad you still can't use the bathroom.
Obviously I did not and will not be purchasing pizza from this establishment and I would encourage all others to take there business to a location that had basic respect for human decency and a manager who can show some hospitality. Based on this experience I will be reevaluating my pizza choices and am unlike to shop at another Papa Johns.

We had it set to be delivered to us but once we weren’t getting an update in regards to the delivery we called them and they claimed that they never got our order. We went up to the store showed them where the money had been taken from our account as well as the email that confirmed our order and they still refuse to give us any food. Imagine being out of town ordering Papa John’s, which is something that you can do in your own town, spending over $100 just to not get your food and have to spend additional money at another restaurant. Customer Service was terrible.
