Free People — Local services in Germantown

I absolutely love Free People clothing. I'll be the first to admit that the sewing, embroidery, or whatever may be lacking and they really need to get a hold on the quality control issues!! The sizing can be off as well!! I wear anything from an extra small to an extra large in FP clothing!! I'm definitely not the only one. I love the flowiness (wait...is that a word??) of most of their clothes. That does not mean that they are big potatoe sacks because they are not. They can show off your figure and I ALWAYS, I REPEAT, I ALWAYS get tons of compliments on my FP (free people) clothing. IF you are a fan of boho or boho chic clothing then give Free People a try. But please remember I did mention the problems with quality control. Some things are made very well and some things look like my 5 year old great niece went to work sewing for FP. Never rated any shop or store before. Just could not hep this time. Visited there on last Sat. WORSE shopping experience ever!! The sale women are just racists. They totally ignored us, Asian girls. Not even any greeting. Not even any asking. They just served white people there. When my friend tried to use the fitting room, they told her to wait and then just left her there. Not even let her know if there is any empty one. My friend waited for 15 mins and eventually had to checked by herself. But when the white girls/ladies wantes the fitting rooms, the sales just had totally different attitude and the white girls did not need to wait long. The shop just treated us like we were not there. I had stayed in US for 5 years but never experienced anything like this. WORST WORST WORST...

Do not shop here!!!!! The customer service is horrible. There is a light skin black girl there I’m guessing she’s the manager this place needs training I loved coming to this store because of the clothes, but every time I come here now they are just gossiping instead of trying to help customers. She will only help you if you are white her attitude was very obvious because this is the 2nd time I have come in I’m not greeted but when a group of white ladies came in she came in she made sure they were greeted and was very sweet to them.
